As soon you sit down, they offer water, flat or sparkling. The thing is they bring you a bottle of water which they charge you $8.50 for. They then bring you bread and butter (This is free). I ordered the New York strip steak and a side of fries. The food arrived quickly and was cooked the way I wanted. Upon taking my first bite I was completely underwhelmed. For a price of $49 for a small piece of steak to be lacking in taste was a disappointment. At first the waiter checked up on me constantly, but I felt he wasnt as engaged. Like other reviewers have stated already, the food is okay, the environment inside the restraraunt is nice, staff are also nice. Overall its not really worth the price.

Déçu du début à la fin. Le gérant de cet endroit na pas été très poli avec nous. Il y a eu plusieurs erreurs lors de la commande et au moment de régler laddition. À notre retour, après avoir vérifier notre facture, on a constaté quil nous avait chargé un steak de trop, soit 55$ u.s. Beaucoup trop cher pour de la nourriture tout à fait ordinaire.

La atención es buena, por eso le doy 2 estrellas, la comida quizás no esté mal en otro lugar más barato, pero con el precio de allí, digamos que tiene que ser mejor y tienes que pagar por una botella de agua que la traen abierta y no te preguntan si la quieres. Si alguien me preguntara le recomendaría que no fuera, al menos no a comer

Ive been here a couple of times within the past 2 months, and I most say I have no complaints on the food, and or drinks Ive ordered. I had the cowboy ribeye, and by far it has been the best steak Ive ever had. Perfectly cooked, and with asiago crust, oh my god that steak was amazing. The drinks, I agree the are somewhat overpriced, but at the same time really good. I had the wild berry mojito, my wife had the signature margarita, both great. It is not the fancies place there is, but overall, it is a very good restaurant. Just remember, you are dinning at a high end mall, and in Aventura, so prices around here may get a lil pricy.

Good food but the worst service ever. I waited up front for someone to help me get seated for 15 minutes as there was no host up front. The same man who finally came to assist seems rather irritated to have been doing it, was the same gentleman who served me. He was so unenthusiastic. I asked what he recommends and he responded "I mean, I dont know what you like" really?!!! He just wanted to take the order and leave. He didnt come back to the table once to check if we needed anything, I had to call another server for a new drink. Worst service ever at a restaurant!

The Grill On the Alley: A great steak, but dont order a Martini if you dont want to be insulted or ripped off. $10 or $12 should get you a decent drink, such as in The Cheesecake Factory, but Vice President Arthur Meola, Corporate Director and Vice President of Beverage, told me he instituted the “small Martini glass” for Happy Hour, and has now carried it through all day. The bottom line is that Vice Pres. Meola told me he had enough complaints and was now going to change the glass to a larger glass that is not insulting. Lets see if he meant it!!

ok check it out, boom listen... first off, the longest brunch hours you will find man 10am-430pm is sick THEN on top of that, BOTTOMLESS MIMOSAS TOO, now Im a 229 pound 61 black guy that drinks, border line alcoholic and when i say these Mimosas were very potent after maybe 20 mins, you will not be disappointed the food was great, some of the biggest pancakes Ive ever seen, a slab of bacon!!!! crazy to even imagine what that is if you never had it, eggs are perfectly cooked, all around great time, you cant go wrong with this place

Weve been going there since it opened. its been nice even with a few hick ups along the way. Today was different, a family walked in with two little dogs and let them sit INSIDE, yes of course they claimed "service dog" as more and more people continue to abuse the system. The worst part was that one of the dogs sat at one of the chairs and put his head on the table, the manager never went to the table after we requested for him to say something to these people. It has to be a some law that makes this "unhealthy"

Went there Sunday with a party of 4. Service was the worst! Asked for Arnold Palmer, the waiter said 3 times he was getting it - but never showed. Finally arrived with assistance of the GM. The chcicken ceasar salad arrived with what seemed to be an entire bottle of dressing on it. Sent it back and it took forever for the replacement to arrive - everyone else at table was finshed by that time. No compensation from manager for this problem. The menu was overpriced! Overall I will never be back!

Came for happy hour. The three glass carfe is a great deal, averaging around $15. The espresso martini is to die for! Best Ive ever had. Ordered the tuna sashimi - this is not actually raw, its seared and a let down - the crab cake sliders, the pan seared salmon, and the potato with sour cream bacon, and chives. Over all not impressed with the food. The drinks were the best thing here. One star for atmosphere, one star for drink specials, one star for service.

We got here at 10:00 PM and everything was foong great, we ordered our food. Then the waitress comes and tells us we need to order another side as they are out of mashed potatoes now! There was no empathy but just a blunt statement! I feel she could have done better, and bad service when you do nit have the sides you advertise! I will not come back

Great Steak Place for family and friends. Nice place for Birthday parties and events. They have private rooms for these types of gatherings. The manager there Leo Navarro is great. Lastly, the food is amazing. Great cuts of steaks and chicken. My Wife enjoyed her surprise birthday party back in March.

I sat outside on a Friday evening for happy hour Megan was my waitress she was very attentive and loved her personality the food was so tasty from the oysters to the calamari to the sushi I had an amazing time with my girlfriends I would highly recommend this restaurant to my friends

HAPPY HOUR IS AWESOME! Garfield, Danny, Jennifer, Patrick ... the whole gang ... they make it the happiest and most delicious place to have some drinks and graze. Its on our weekly calendar, in pen! I also love taking home the lobster salad for lunch the next day! Yummy!

We had drinks at this place and we were fine with the high prices but they charged us $25.00 for a standard lemondrop martini. Total ripoff when all the specialty cocktails ranged from $12-$18. Go somewhere else!!!

Visiting Miami for the weekend, we had the best waiter, Jerry. He was polite, courteous, informative and a pleasure to have as a waiter. The food was amazing, presentation and taste. Would come back in a heartbeat.
