Since Gaston Mac, Patricia Gurruchaga, Sol Poncellas, Mercedes, Marcelo, and many more, happen to be one person, or shall I say THE OWNER, let me tell you my true and honest experience dining at your restaurant. First of all, you, as a business owner should NEVER write reviews about your own business with the sole purpose of promoting yourself. This is called bad business practice and deceptive adverstising. I live within walking distance to your restaurant. Big fan of Argentinean cuisine, since my wife happens to be from that country. 30 plus yeras in South Florida have taught me a lot about restaurants. When a restaurant is always empty, even at peak hours, one must be careful because something isnt quite right; Either food, prices, services, or perhaps all combined. Regardless of this given scenario at your restaurant every time I walk by, I tried it anyway. Sure, the menu offers a variety, and yes, the prices of the steaks can be high. With all due respect, $45 for a skirt steak is way too excessive, even with a side which does not justify this price. A simple dinner for two people can easily escalate to a $120-150 dining experience with drinks and desserts. Quite steep. But since you claim to be a steakhouse, let me tell you, four blocks away is The Knife Argentinean Steakhouse, where those of us who know what and how to eat, can dine much better for less than half, including wine. I will also point outthe "other Argentinean restaurants" of Hollywood and Aventura: Angus, Novecento, for instance. Steak houses as well, and both are always full of patrons. No need to wonder why. To wrap it up, I wont tell you how to run a business, but instead of crying wolf and writing your own positive reviews here, take your time and read what REAL customers like myself have to say. Micromanagement and narrow minded, egocentric attitude do not mix well in business. I wish you the best of luck.

Food: Quality was good with texture and taste. Portions were decent, dont expect your average full size plate. Not many options as you will expect for most restaurants. Service: For the size of the establishment you will expect servers to be more attentive to the customer, basic things like: drink refills, more ketchup or mayonnaise, frequent stops to check if anything else is need it. During my visit the place had three tables occupied from the time I got there till I left. Prices: This is where things to go south for most people and I will tell you why; they are relatively new to the area with little to no customers, you will expect them to have prices from $10 to $20 max for the area the restaurant is located. Well you are wrong if you go in with this mentality, as they are the most expensive restaurant in the Diplomat Mall. Prices start from $35 to as high as $90 for plates, Sodas are overpriced, Appetizers are overpriced and anything on their menu you can imagine. Most restaurants on their mall radius charge from $10 to $15 max for most things on the menu. Their price margins are brutal and for what they are asking, you are better of going to a bigger chain. Where you have more menu options, food quality is much better and a high end environment that backs up the price you pay. Like: Texas Do Brazil, Cheesecake Factory, Outback Steakhouse and LongHorn Steakhouse.

Went for lunch with my mom for the first time. Poor management poor service. From the beginning, the waitress took for ever to bring us water. I asked for truffle Parmesan fries and a baby entraña. Food came. The fries had no flavor whatsoever ever to truffle. Just plain fries. I express my dislike for the fries to the waitress and she told me just to mix them. Finish my meal. The check came and found out that she charge me for a full entraña steak. When I told her I had asked for the baby entraña, she said she didnt hear me well. Asked the manager and told me that there was nothing she could do because I ate the steak. So be very specific when ordering your food.

A group of friends and I had a great brunch her one Saturday afternoon. Every dish that came to our table was something to rave about.. starting with the provoleta! You gotta start with that bad boy! Waffles covered with fruit, french toast, eggs bennedict, and a huge tomahawk, you name it we had it and not a single dish disappointed. Pure quality and several wow presentations all came to our table. AND the red sangria was everything I could have asked for. Lots of indoor seating with a nice outside patio on the front, and lots of parking! So many wins!

We recently had the pleasure of eating at this establishment for brunch. Were blown away by the quality of the food, the presentation and the level of professional service. The whole team was extremely attentive and willing to explain the dishes in detail. We recommend the waffles, the fried cheese and the empanadas. This location has indoor and outdoor seating. The cocktails for brunch are great, with a variety such as mimosas, sangria and more. And there is plenty of parking space. We will definitely return.

I went here for brunch a few weeks ago and wow, I was amazed with the food, the friendly service and of course, the brunch cocktails. I highly recommend you try the fried cheese - one bite and youll be hooked - and the Chicken & Waffles. Away from tradition, ChimyChurry adds some sliced avocado to top the chicken and waffles - and it works. Ill definitely be back to check it out again soon.
