This was the ABSOLUTE WORSE demonstration of customer service! The "hostess" (DOMINIQUE) was SUCH a b-word. My boyfriend and I walked in to be seated and just as we chose our table she hunted us down, snapped at us and scolded, "You must be seated by a hostess." She then proceeded to shoulder me and guide us all the way to the other side of the restaurant where she put us at a table in the center. I told her I needed a table on the side (social anxiety). DOMINIQUE stated that we could not sit at the larger table on the side because it was only for "larger parties". We sat there anyway and then DOMINIQUE proceeded to throw our menu down on the table. (By the way, there were several empty tables - we were in no way choosing the last/larger sized table). A few minutes later, DOMINIQUE literally came right behind me and POSTURED at me! (I am a 56 year old woman and not accustomed to being treated in such a disrespectful manner). As if that wasnt bad enough, DOMINIQUE then went behind my chair and purposely crashed the chair behind me into my chair! When I asked her what she was doing she replied with a hood-rat attitude, "What choo think Im doing?!" DOMINIQUE should be fired! She was COMPLETELY unprofessional and behaved more like a criminal than a hostess.

I stop there two weeks ago to go to Houston, I sat at the bar I order a hamburger and they came back 15 minutes later with a burger as I ate my burger I watch one lady who works in the bar filling up the bowls of lemons, limes and the olive for the bar tender to prepare drinks, I watch her picking up the olive from the one gallon jar and transferef to small containers with barred hands after touching her hair, her nose and picking the trash from the counters. I called the manager and she did NOTHING. Do not eat there if you dont want to get sick. No Higiene what so ever, and they dont Care about getting people SICK. I sent and email to Corporate and I still have not received a call yet. Florida health department need to pay a visit and get rid of those who dont want to follow the food industry standards.

The service is deplorable at this location. The staff could care less, especially the hostess (Karana). A table needed to be cleaned for the guests next to us and she opened a cabinet, dipped a towelette in a bucket of water and wiped their table. That simple tells me that my table is filthy! I will sanitize immediately upon departure, especially since I am at an airport. Food quality was also poor. Ownership/management must not have a QA in place to ensure the staff protects the Landshark brand. There arent a lot of choices in the Southwest terminal, so i guess they dont have to care to make $$$. Too bad the airport #FFL or #FLCVB doesnt pay attention, as this restaurant reflects on the image of Fort Lauderdale as a whole. Truly disappointed after a great vacation.

I wanted to sit at the table, there were many empty tables, and she asked me twice to sit at the cramped bar table. After protesting to other employees I could sit at the quiet table I wanted. After she threw down the menu plate, another guy came to take the order exactly 8 minutes later, even though it was not such a busy time.. A little later, two white ladies sat at the table next to me, and within a minute they received an order. It may be just a coincidence, or it may be that I feel bad because what happened before, but I feel the kind of discrimination clearly from them. Obviously, they are descendants of immigrants because of their skin color and appearance. Why are they so rude to this old Asian man?

Horrible... first, the hostess escorted us to a nasty table. When asked to wipe it down, she gave us attitude. Then when we pointed out the food in the seats, she just swapped them with other seats at the table. Secondly, my friend ordered a bottled drink. They brought it out in a can with a ridiculously dirty cup to drink out of. Thirdly, while my friend was trying to enjoy her beverage, the same hostess is serving food to another table and spills it next to us on the floor. She shouldnt even be serving food with all her hair out like that without a hair net. Cups with water are dirty. I will never come here again nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

Lucky to get even a single star. First FLL itself is terrible, but thats not the restaurants fault. Hugely overcrowded, its the only restaurant on B concourse. But where I can blame Landshark is their terrible service and management. On the two times I was there, hugely understaffed. Only had one server for whole seated section during a morning rush. They already had limited breakfast options, 3 choices as I recall, and ran out of one of them - oatmeal. How do you run out of oatmeal?! Crap management thats how. This place is clearly skating by on its monopoly on the concourse. Buffett should be ashamed.

DO NOT EAT HERE! We paid over $38.00 dollars for a dry sandwich with no flavor, nachos that used cheese whiz instead of real cheese and two Arnold Palmers (ice tea and lemonade). Slow service and the worst food. The "club" was grilled without butter or any moisture and had little meat and cheese. The cheese whiz made the chips soft and gross. The chef and manager should visit a real restaurant to see how a real club and real nachos are made. Out of fish that day for fish tacos, which in retrospect may have been a blessing. Doesnt even warrant one star.

Stood at the "wait to be seated sign" for several minutes. Two servers looked directly at us and kept walking. A server eventually used two menus to waive at us from across the room. Once we got to her she said nothing. We eventually both ordered pulled pork sandwiches, one with chips and one with fries. Chips had so much BBQ flavoring they were inedible and the fries were cold. Pickles looked like they were sitting under a heat lamp. Server never stopped by to check on us. The entire staff was moving at the speed of molasses during January in Maine.

Where to start with the good ol Landshark Bar and Grill? Well, as I write this review Im still waiting on my drink to arrive. Was it my first drink of choice? Of course not. I attempted to order 5 other drinks beforehand, including a landshark beer, and I was told they had none of it. Bravo. I have the unfortunate opportunity to fly out of Terminal 1 consistently on business and this is the only restaurant in the terminal. The service is slow and unfriendly and the food is terrible. Youre better off eating chips from the kiosk. Trust me.

Server had no concern for customers. Took at least 15 minutes to get greeted and even longer to receive our drinks. Nachos came out wrong and I was told it was because the kitchen staff didnt want to read the ticket. After I received my nachos the next time it was nothing but a cold pile of soggy chips. Also missing the guac. Sent back my food. Server complained to host about tables being in her section several times. Ive worked in the service industry for years, Im not hard to please. This by far is the worst experience weve ever had.
