We went the last couple years for the fish sandwich, which is tasty, but served with plastic forks and knives (for some hefty food). Unfortunately this last time, our service was slow, and our waitress began wiping down the table as we were putting our coats on and said out loud "finally" as we left. We were there for 45 minutes total, and ate up until the time we decided to leave. Then I waited for roughly 15 minutes while bartenders and the wait staff toward the back of the restaurant kept ping-ponging me back and forth to pay. Finally, I confronted a bartender who rolled her eyes at me when I asked to pay. Although the food was good, there are plenty of other places in Pittsburgh with good food AND good service. I recommend going somewhere else.

So I called for a fish sandwich and I came to pick it up and the bartender ( a lady with black hair and no makeup on who I didnt get a name from bc she didnt introduce herself on the phone) took my card and their machine didnt read my card. She said she was too busy and there were no managers around to help fix it. I had no other way to pay and she wouldnt/couldnt help me. So she asked me to go find money to pay. I was running errands and had a lot to do that day.. so I came back around after an hour. They had thrown my food away and I came back to pay and they were like we didnt think you were comming back. So I got no fish sandwich and no one to help... thanks Etown. See if I call again....

We have family friends living in Etna, and weve passed by this place many times, but never stopped in. We finally met our friends there for dinner one night, and it was fantastic. E-Town has Pittsburgh-Famous fish sandwiches, and they truly lived up to expectation. Huge pieces of fish on a wonderful roll with lots of sauce and accessory options (go for tartar and onions!). It was very clean and had a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a wide beer selection. The wings looked and smelled absolutely delicious. I will definitely have to return to try the other food options.

Best Buffalo Chicken Sandwich Ive ever had! I order from here at least twice a week . Great prices too! Crabcakes seem like ones I can get from a box at Costco. All of their food is great and they added this for lent. If youre gonna do it, do it right like the rest of your food that is so great. Everything else looks and tastes like its made in house but there is no crab in the crabcakes and they seem like boxed frozen crabcakes.

I absolutely love this place the fish sandwich is huge enough for seconds and the drinks are made right! Service is always fast and friendly no matter how many questions I asked I was never rushed. The kitchen as well as everything else I saw was clean, witch is a must for me I always feel welcome and comfortable! And will recommend to anyone I know, I will be back!

Etnas finest restaurant. Good bar food, O.K. beer selection, poor seating, bad insulation in the dining area leads to stuffy air. The bar is nice, the wait staff is nice enough. It holds no aspirations, puts on no airs; much like the town for which it serves as a paper weight, it is sleepy, slow and reliable.

Huge burgers and lovely bar maids. Have visited several times and plan to continue visiting. An all around atmosphere for family, couples, college students, and others. Personally, I dont drink here and strictly come for the great food and service.
