Id love to come back to this place in a year or two and find its found its way again. Some people have put some cool things in here - distinctive tiki statues, colorful fish painted on tables... but the lighting is horrible - as if theyre trying to hide something - overall feel is depressing. Maybe if there were a live band in the corner, it could have a cool dive bar vibe going, but its just kind of blah as it is. The server (was she also the cook?) was fine. Seemed undertrained as to representing the venue. Food took a while to come out and the lettuce seemed fresh, but there were grumblings about the tomatoes not tasting great. Its as if someone had some ideas for a decent place and then life became interrupted. It wouldnt take much to create a place people might be psyched to discover, but Id go here only if really hungry as it is now. Or it might make a good place for a nightcap?

When I went to this bar the bartender was either drunk or on drugs. She could barley walk around the bar without falling over. She messed up at lease 4 drink orders in the course of an hour or so. She couldnt remember what she had served people and she was confrontational with the guests. There was literally a cockroach on the bar when we walked in. The cook had to come out and drain a drip bucket into the sink, while doing so sloshing water on the bar. There was no music and when I started up the jukebox the bartender actually told me not to play music because she was watching basketball. This was a dirty nasty bar with incredibly bad service and staff. Beaches took first place for the strangest place Ive ever drank at.

Do not use the bathrooms. I walked right back out. The kitchen the slow. The waitress was pleasant but had no idea who ordered what. Refills were non existent. All that being said the food was made to order and the food was good. Prices seem to be average for the area. Tip included in bill is 15%. The stars are mainly based on the food itself. I have the blackened Mahi mahi. It was fresh but it had so much "blackened" on it that it was overpowering. The chicken club was huge pieces of chicken. The philly club was huge. There were no food complaints. The restaurant is in the basement and was very dark and dingy looking.

I wish i could give this place no stars. The service was ratchet as hell. Waited forever to get drinks to our table and food was so horrible. I understand its s bar but i figured it would have been a better experience. My fish was overcooked, wifes ribs burn to the bone and on top if it all its in a basement with the plumbing of the upstairs hotel exposed. Floor tile missing, the strip that separates tile and carpet was broken and cut my wife toe.....guess what it took 15 minutes to get a manager and another 15 for him to go look for a first aid kit he didnt have nor the hotel it was attached to.

Lazy manager.. Bar was fun to hang out, especially since it was only an elevator ride away. The bartenders hustled all night on Friday when the bar had a decent crowd. The only thing that bugged me was that the manager sat at the bar pretty much all night why the 2 bartenders delivered food, took care of tables orders, and took care of the bar!!! Plates or glasses would get stacked up a bit less than 5 stepp away from the manager and he wouldnt move. Have worked at bars my hats off to them because they worked hard with no support from the top which can be hard.

This is a bar! Dont go here for food! The waitress was trying, but our appetizers and one entree got delivered to another table. One of our appetizers finally got delivered after our main courses. It took 20 minutes for our drinks to be brought out, 3 of 4 entrees took 45 minutes, the last entree took over an hour. It was later realized that one of the first three entrees, it was supposed to be a pesto pasta, was actually the linguine which was the late 4th entree, which did taste like pesto when it was supposed to be a white clam sauce.

Our Group of Seven was one of the first in the restaurant for lunch on March 5th. I believe the waitresss name was Cassandra. She did an amazing job taking care of us and everyone else that came in after us. She was the ONLY waitress taking care of many tables/bar and she did it with a smile and exceptional customer service. All orders were right and she kept coming around filling our water cups and making sure everyone was taken care of. She needs a raise!! The food was great and big portions for the money!! Would definitely come back!!

There was this really rude and nasty bartender there tonight, thursday september 17th at 11:30pm. She stood there watching television the whole time she was rude to all customers and I she was even rude to a veteran who came in and asked her to break a large bill for him. She was late with bringing food. Overall just off her attitude alone. I will NEVER return to this place. I wish I knew her name, she kept a pink headband on her left arm shes african american with wild hair, Im surprised they let her work there.

This place was horrible. Many things went wrong. First we were the only ones there and out salads took 40 minutes to come out. Second they charged us gratuity automatically when our service sucked a$s and we ordered our food to go. Third they got our orders completely wrong! How the f does that happen when were the only ones there?? And lastly I saw a rat run across the floor. Didnt even eat my food. Do yourselves a favor and dont eat here. Unless u wanna pay 15$ for trash.

Worst service ever anyone putting a good review on here must be easily pleased. Bar maid Nikki is the rudest bar tender ever. I always tip while in the USA but when they put a $6 gratuity on your bill for s##t service.. enough is enough. The management must take full responsibility for the behaviour of this ignorant, drunk they call bar staff!!!!!

Horrible service. Did not check on my table again after the food was dropped off therefore no drink refill and my salad came out after I had already finished my dinner. The excuse used was "there was a kitchen fire" Not sure what that has to do with a salad comming out after my cooked food did?

It looks and feel dirty. Stayed at the days Inn and felt like I was in a musty basement. Smells moldy. .Dont eat here. We didnt wanna eat theyre food but have been buying theyre drinks... We were put out lol. And the chick was rude doing it. Sorry we didnt know. Cool to watch game tho

Horrible hole in the wall, terrible service, no active working phone number, homeless people also hang out here daily...do not visit miami unless you are very rich and can afford to eat 250 dollar meals at the fontainbleau every night.
