Terrible customer service. My order was completely messed up with missing toppings. The cashier/pizza maker did not even remind me to grab a 2 liter which was a part of my order so they got $2.60 without me getting a 2 liter. My food was kept under the cashier counter where it got cold instead of being under the heating lamps and none of my food was cut. My order was the Triple Treat box and they didnt even have my food packaged correctly. There was too much sauce and barely any cheese on the pizzas and the one pizza had a huge hole in the middle of the pizza where the crust SHOULD have been. This is not the first time this location has strongly disappointed me. I am no longer giving them my business.

The service was very slow and poor... We sat for the 15 minutes before being acknowledged... The only reason anyone came over at all is becsuse i sat there and stared at them... There was only 2 other tables plus ours... They never check back on us and pizza hut usually serves the people at their table their first piece of pizza

The food was good but the waiter and customer service sucked. Never offered refills, brought our check as he brought the food out. What if we wanted more? We probably would have ordered more if he hadnt done that and then told us to have a nice day.

Trying to order a delivery is almost impossible. It sends you to a call center not even connected to the store. The people on the line could not understand me afyer repeating myself five to six times. Will not order here again.

Went for the lunch buffet. The pizza selection was mediocre with 3 out of the 4 pizzas containing a heavy amount of onion. The server was clearly overwhelmed with 3 tables for the buffet plus a 20 person Birthday party.

Pizza is great but this place really need a update. Staff is very nice and work hard. The problem here is the fixtures and decor. I feel like most pizza Hut are the same.
