Wouldnt even give it a star but I had to. First half of my order wasnt delivered. Next, I called to correct the order and the "manager" told me that my order didnt exist and I had called the wrong Pizza Hut. Once I explained to her that wasnt the case, she mentioned to put me on hold for more than 20 minutes. Frustrated I hung up and called back. The gentleman that answered was trying to help best he could but ultimately referred me back to the manager who was with another customer. I waited ten minutes more and she came on confused and did not know what to refund me. You can guess what happened next... she put me on hold. Not only is this lady completely incompetent as a manager, the fact that she never once apologized or offered me any level of customer service means I will never be coming back to Pizza Hut. What a waste of time, rude staff, and the pizza wasnt even that good. No thank you!

This is by far the worst service Ive ever experienced!!!! I ordered pizza at 6:24 online it said it should arrive by 7:24 (an hr is ridiculous!) So I waited and interacted with my guests. Look at the time it was 7:36 so I decided to call and find out what was the status. The girl who answered the phone was rude and told me it was on the way. At 7:42 my pizza, wings and cheese sticks were delivered COLD and missing the ranch sauce I ordered. I have called and called and called to speak to the manager and have been placed on multiple holds by the same rude girl for +10mins at a time. I called this last time and Im still currently on hold its going on 40mins. The worst service and experience ever!!!

Got sent wrong pizza delivery driver took it back I gave a cash tip. Called for refund lady told me they dont refundable only store credit. Dont want store credit after attiude and tone. I call cooperate they say they will contact them. Asst manger argued for 10 min for partial refund cause I signed receipt before looking at wrong pizza. Been 4 days no refund spent about 2 half hours on phone trying to get money back but they only put store credit when never asked for it. Believe they dont want negative numbers on sales reason for policy sounds shady. The worst part after giving my card number on phone unauthorized debit activity been happening she probably left number on paper in the open.

I was so disappointed with this location.... I ordered (online) my 3 topping large pizza at 9:27pm9 (tracker said order was received) an hour later I call to see if my order was cooking (the online tracker said it wasnt got worried that it wasnt working right) I am then told they just began cooking it..... really? So after my food was finished it was to be delivered (tracker again) I live 7 minutes away from the location AND it took the driven 30 minutes to get to me .... when I took a bite out of pizza it was FREAKING ROCK SOLID COLD..... never ever putchasing from this bum of a store.

I hope you are not starving because you will have to wait OVER an HOUR AND A HALF for this Pizza Hut to deliver your order! That is if your lucky because Ive ordered from them three times in the recent past and I have waited an hour and forty five minutes, two hours, and over two and a half hours for a little bigger of an order! Truly ridiculous! They even have a delivery charge and expect more tip, SURE! If I had the ingredients I could have made my own pizza from scratch in less time! Good luck ordering here.. dont say I didnt warn you!

They got my order wrong, I called so they could correct it. I could hear the lady in the background telling the woman on the phone, no I made it right. I made it right. Finally the lady on the phone put me on hold. She got back on and told me they would make it again and to give the diver the old pizzas but it would take 45 minutes more to deliver. I told her she would have 20 and I would go pick it up. When I got there there was no apology and the people werent even remorseful. No way am I ordering from Pizza Hut again.

Im going to try them.....wish me luck.........Place is HORRIBLE. Unfortunately they are the only pizza place in the area. There food is disgusting, cashiers are rude. I am currently waiting for my food and its already been an hour and a half. This is the 5th time i have ordered from them trying to give them more chances.... disservice order a pizza at 10:02 pm I was told that in one hour five minutes came called to confirm the address and delivery time spent 1 hour 20 minutes call did not come to see what happened and said it took two hours more I said I was going to pick up said it was okay to go to pick up the pizza said the order was canceled and the money returned 5 to 10 days disservice not recommend

Ordered through the app...once we went to pick up, the pizza didnt have some of our toppings that we ordered and the spinach looked like they just threw it on there when they remembered. The large stuffed crust pizza didnt look like it had any sauce, or that it was finished cooking, then to top it off...we found a bug on top of it. The worst experience Ive had at a pizza place!

I really dont like this place the have nasty attitudes and dont get your order right not even your address after they call and confirm it like 3 times and they still dont have it right very bad costumer services and my food was cold and the delivery driver had a very bad attitude also I will never eat pizza hut again bad for business if I could give 0 stars I will

This location is horrible. They charged me $5 for stuffed crust pizza and it tasted horrible. I will never buy from this location ever again. Ill take that drive to federal and enjoy a nicely prepared fresh pizza! And the stuffed crust was $2 extra. The customer service was rediculous. When I received my pizza it was an hour late!! Im so done with this location.

Average Pizza Hut pizza, no specials offered, not even sure that they would accept Internet offers. Seemed like a hurry up and order, lack of menus to look at, not my usual happy experience at Pizza Hut. Have not been back! Here on a work assignment, on average I eat at PH twice a month, been in Florida for 4 months eaten here once..
