Lets be honest here. I have ordered from here for about four years. The last year I have lost my mind over this place. They know who I am because of the time I have ordered my pizza. I have had times where they go wrong with toppings. Where the crust looks like there was no effort put into it. The pizza has tasted like crap. Delivery has taken over an hour. When supposedly it wouldve taken thirty minutes. The longest time it has ever taken was three hours. I think they forgot on that one. The place in person is a hole in a wall. The cashier is usually really nice. I have been creeped out by the delivery guys before too. They have hit on me.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, IT TOOK A 2 HOURS GET THE PIZZA ON THE HOUSE, AND THEN ASK ME FOR CC WHEN I ALREADY PAY ONLINE... I CALLED THE MANAGER ON THE STORE, AND SHE WAS THE HORRIBLE MANAGER I EVER HEARD BEFORE, SHE JUST TRIED TO EXCUSE THE PIZZA DRIVER, AND THE DRIVER PRESENTED THE PIZZA AND THEN RUDELY SNATCHED IT BACK. I WILL ASK HER FOR THE CORPORATE NUMBER SHE WILL SAID THEY DONT HAVE IT, I CANT BELIEVED THAT... I WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT NEVER WILL OTHER THE PIZZA AGAIN ON THIS PLACE BECAUSE THE ARE THE AWFUL EVER SEE ON MY LIFE...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!!! Worst costumer service ever, the "manager" Jodanes (if thats how his name is written) is super impolite, hung up the phone on my mom while they were discussing something about the delivery for the pizza, which I ended up picking up myself because my house was "out of the range", weird... because when I placed the order online everything went perfectly fine. Employees here have not idea of what manners are. I would give you NO stars if I could.

I just ordered my pizza and everything was fine until I realized that the pizza I was eating had no sauce whatsoever. I re checked my order to make sure I didnt press no sauce but everything was fine. I called and as soon as I said that they forgot the sauce on the pizza, they hung up. Besides there being no sauce on my pizza and the terrible response, the pizza was still good, I just wish theyd hadnt responded by hanging up.

This is the worst Pizza hut you can ever order delivery from!! They have ALWAYS taken more than 1.5 hours to deliver and i work and live around 7 mins from the place. I asked why and they say its because they only have one driver, which is just an excuse. The service here is horrible, today will be the last day I order from this place. Worst place to order delivery from they never answer their phones , customer service is horrible and they hang up on you !! Btw when u actually receive ur pizza its literally cold . They need new employees and better service ! Ive never wrote a review and much less to talk bad about a business but if i was able to rate it 0 stars i definitely would .

I placed an order on the phone, I told the lady no sauce on the pizza. she took it as I didnt want pepperoni... Sad part is I said it Im english 2 times. she didnt under stand so I said it In Spanish then asked her if she understood she said yes....

Food was cold when it arrived and I asked for extra bacon on a bacon and pepperoni. Im still looking for the bacon will not order from here anymore!!! Added a picture of pizza to the photos maybe someone can help me find the bacon.

This is the worst location. There is terrible customer service! EVERY time we try and order carry-out, it literally takes OVER two hours for delivery. Tonight was the final straw. The manager didnt even apologize! Never ever again.

Their orders are always late, forget that "done in 15 minutes" lie, expect to wait at LEAST half an hour. Otherwise their deals are fair priced. Staff could be more engaging with the customer service.

Always takes longer for the food to be ready than is estimated. Estimated delivery times are ridiculous (often 1.5 - 2 hours). Food is usually cool rather than hot.
