I have been ordering from Pizza Parma for over the past 6 years. My first couple of years experience was very good. But after getting to know the staff because I order from there kind of frequent the night time manage or at least that is the title he gave me started to get beside himself. They have caller ID . I called so often he became familiar with my number. I guess he took the fact that I order so much that were cool in some time of way and thought that he could get away with being rude. When I would call he would sound real irritated if I was not ordering fast enough he would be rude and arrogant! At one point he told me that because I order off them so much I should know what I wanted. Even though when I picked the order up he passed it off as he was " just joking" I am sorry I do not know what planet he is from but I never joke when it comes to me spending my money and have someone being rude at the same time.He then notice I came in the store with an attitude because of how I was spoken to on the phone and commented that I seem like I had an attitude! That is when I then told him I did not like the way I was spoken to on the phone and that lately when I called to order he seemed abrupt and rude he then got irritated which the nerve of him pissed me off more I told him that would be the last time I order he then called me some derogatory terms and said I never had to bring my ghetto ass back in that store again will never by anything from any pizza parma ever again if that is how they feel when and reacts if someone complains of bad service instead of fixing it!!

Lets start ny i ordered on of their specialty hoagies no tomato amd fries. Hoagie arrives whats the firstthing I find? It has tomatoes. Thankfully I am not allergic so I go through the aggravating process of picking them off as I cannot stand raw tomato. Next the add fries on a 20 in hoagie I get maybe 20 little french fry pieces really what a joke to have something added for an additional cost and get almost nothing. Then to top it all off it was supposed to be grilled chicken which i am not even sure if it was. The chicken was cooked in someway then looked like it was thrown into a food processor and chopped up. What ever happened to grilling a piece of chicken and cutting into strips for a Hoagie? The only good point to my hoagie that I will give them praise for is their pesto mayo. It was really good. However it did not make up for the overall failure that this hoagie was. Hope they improve!

I ordered pizza from them and asked them to be delivered. Although I live around 20 min walking distance but I was really tired. The person over the phone told me that the pizza will be delivered in 45 min. I asked them that it is not that far away, and then that person plainly said "I am sorry I am busy, bye!" That is a sign of rude behavior in general. Also, when that person was coming to deliver pizza, he asked me to come outside my house before he was even there and made me wait in freezing temperature for some time. All in all, very poor customer service. Moreover the spinach on their pizza tasted bad. Though I would not recommend you to get pizza from them, but if you do avoid getting spinach as one of the toppings! Yuk!

This place deserves all 5 stars, and heres why. I was in charge of organizing an outdoor wings event, but at 3pm every wing place in Pittsburgh was closed! I needed 250 wings for an event in only 3 hours, so a friend of mine suggested Pizza Parma, and boy did they deliver (pun intended). The delivery driver arrived at our event with not only the wings, but extra plates, bottles of water, ranch, and napkins!! Now this is the definition of customer service! I recommend Pizza Parma to anyone who wants to be treated not only as a customer, but also to some delicious food. If I could, Id give this place 6/5 Stars.

I ordered a bacon and eggplant pizza from pizza parma and the chick who answered the phone was real nice and sweet actually gave me a coupon and saved me money thats what I like. I totally forgot to ask for ranch so I called back and she threw me some ranch free of charge Im so happy they did that for me! Im watching netflix and my fat ass didnt feel like walking down there to grab it so fast with their delivery too now Im nom noming on some pizza Dippin my crust in ranch OHHHHHHHH YES LIFE IS GOOD. IF YOU WANT GOOD PIZZA AND FAST DELIVERY CALL PIZZA PARMA. PERIOD.

I have been a patron of this establishment for years.I orderd a meal for my family and when I got it the meal was totally wrong and the delivery driver called back to the store to explain the issue with the owner which was very rude and talked over me as I tried to explain my problem and he was real arguementive so I ended the call.As a result, I will never give them my time are money ever again! On that note I encourage other patrons to choose wisely !! :-(

Pizza Parma closes at 1 am on Mondays. I called at 12:25 to order a chicken parmesan sandwich. They told me that I couldnt pick it up, I could only have it delivered. I explained to them that I live half a block from the shop and I wouldnt pay someone to deliver it to me when I can walk there in 30 seconds. They insisted that I couldnt pick it up. Needless to say I didnt place an order.

The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and professional to start. Ordered a dozen mild wings with extra sauce, and a house salad. The wings were so delicious, they were cooked perfectly and included not one but two extra sides of sauce which was a bonus!! The salad was fresh and crisp. I am so happy with my order so I will be ordering from them again in the very near future!!!

Lets put things into perspective. This is our neighborhood pizza shop. The staff consists of decent people and the place is clean. Out of the like the 100 times I have ordered from here, they did screw up one night and forgot to deliver my salad due to a computer error. The other 99 times my order was perfect. Theyre fair and reliable. Terrific salads, pizzas, and hoagies.

Ive ordered from here for 2 yrs. Last order i placed i noticed a UFO drawn on my pizza box. When i opened it on the inside lid it said WE COME IN PEACE! Really! Wtf? If these people are screwing around drawing stuff on my pizza box what makes me think they arent doing stuff to my food!? I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Just wasnt happy with my order this evening. Ordered the Gyros & Fries special. My food was cold...Fries too. I think the pita bread was a little too hard Im usually satisfied with the food from Pizza Parma, but today, just not happy. Maybe Ill just quit ordering out period. Very dissatisfied.
