I used to get take-out from this Pizza Hut every month or so, despite the fact that the service was incredibly slow. I would place my order and be told the food would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I would arrive 25 minutes later (I always give them a little extra time), and my food wouldnt be ready- "just a minute." Okay, so I sit there and wait. And wait. And wait. After about 15 minutes I would go up and ask again- "just one more minute." About 10 minutes later I would finally have my food. Quite a wait for a small order when there are hardly any other patrons in the restaurant, but that was the typical scenario. I was willing to put up with this however for an occasional pizza. Until the latest time, when I noticed the guy behind the counter making pizzas with no gloves on whatsoever- rolling stuffed crust pizzas, reaching into the topping containers, etc., with completely bare hands. "Gross," I thought, but after waiting so long for my food I decided to eat it. Well, I came down with food poisoning that night, and needless to say, that is the LAST time I will ever visit this poorly run restaurant.

Went on sat evening a little after 6. Servers seemed to not be able to handle the few tables there. We were sat at a dirty table which they never did wipe off. Got drinks and orders buffet but not once did they come back to check on us or refill drinks. Waited for bill which didnt come so went to the register to find out they never put us in the computer. Buffet choices very slim was glad I got my son 2 pieces of cheese pizza the first time because the rest of the time we were there it all had peppers and onions on it which he would not eat. Def not satisfied with our meal and wont be returning

Food can be hit or miss. Like i tell people, if you order from a pizza chain get the thin crust. Ive been loyal to Pizza Hut because of the options they provide and they deliver when they say they will. Thin crust is good and they actually cook their chicken wings thoroughly. The burnin hot wing sauce is my favorite of all time and ive had wings from most of the delivery restaurants in erie.

Wednesday, June 7, 2017. Horrible......Currently, sitting here for 45 minutes and only had 4 pieces of pizza due to very minimal pizza on buffet, pizza not being brought out. Lack of breadsticks entire stay. Even the salad has been empty for last 10 minutes. May never come back. This is turning into way too much time and no pizza or salad. Again still in lobby waiting for pizza.

I cant totally disagree with the slow or unclean conditions - but its the best pizza buffet in town. Ive gone at lunch with friends and evening with the family - and we always enjoy it. Plus kids. Its great for the kiddos and the servers didnt seem to even notice our children being restless. If we could afford to go more often, we would.

The service was horrible! The sever neglected to give us our ticket...when we checked us out she asked us what our order was? Seriously! She then proceeded to rattle off how many hours she had worked in the past three day...dont care! No refills, no silver ware, finger nails that looked moldy! And the area manager had nothing to say.

Paid for their buffet and got very little for it. Despite having 4 groups getting the buffet, they only put out 2 pizzas to refill their almost completely empty buffet line in the 30 minutes I waited. Theres no reason they shouldnt have thrown 4 pizzas in the oven as soon as they saw multiple groups purchasing buffets.

Great Atmosphere! This fairly new building was designed with a little different vibe than weve typically seen here from Pizza Hut. Lunch buffets are a fast, inexpensive way to grab lunch. Always clean. Great service. Theyve been having weekend trials for the buffet at dinner too. Definitely a great place to stop

Wow, the girl on the phone was a complete mess. I hope the best for her. She was so slow and rude I had to cancel my order. People like that make me sick. For that reason I wont be going back or ordering take out from this place again. Good luck to the owner. I hope this individual dont scare more customers away.

Bad, pizza looked awful cinnamon bread sticks had no cinnamon, out of sprite, would not me even take a sprite from fridge for dine in. Only had 2 types of pizza out waited 10 minutes for drinks before leaving. Phone would ring nonstop entire time we were there, manager a d employees seem very ignorant

So we decided to go Monday the 3rd in the evening for supper. Mistake Big Mistake, one waitress on duty that spent her entire time on the phone. Tables were a mess through out and the salad bar was a disgusting mess and mostly empty. If you want sit down pizza in Erie this should be your last choice.

Dirty everything, waitress spent more time on her phone than helping customers. Orderer two Sierra mist and she gave them carbonated water. Salad bar looked old and nasty like it was left out. Needs better managment not sure how this place passes health inspections or keeps customers.

Horiable Pizza Buffet. Service was super slow and there was minimal pizza on the buffet. Asked about pepperoni pizza and was told that it is a fan favorite but yet we have been here for 25 mins and no pepperoni pizza. Dont know what happened to this location but has gone down hill.

I ordered a large last night (delivery) and it was just awful. The bottom was burnt, tasted like cardboard, and was uncooked under the toppings. One bite and I knew I couldnt eat anymore. I threw it away. Papa johns pizza might cost slightly more, but at least its edible.

I love pizza hut! People are so awesome at what they do and you respect them enough, they will dance for you and you could win a free pizza for sure. I got like 10 of those already. God bless them and keep up the good work on pizza.

Not your old Pizza Hut. Much improved, better prices, more selections. Absolutely delicious, low-priced, medium pizza pies with toppings of your choice is one of my go-to take outs.
