THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Terrible service, Rude and incompetent morons answering phones and complete idiots delivering and mismanaging.. 90 minutes to deliver 2 pizzas? What sort of GED does one have to earn to make a prefabricated pizza at a chain restaurant?? The lack of intelligence and the bug-level customer service will guarantee that I will never order from this ship of fools ever again. Avoid this dump like the plague! I refuse to retract my first statement, but I did want to be fair and update this review to reflect the end result. I only live a few blocks from this location, and when our order failed to arrive after 2 hours, I jumped in the car and drove to the store, ready to rip the heads off of these people. When I arrived in their store, I was dumbfounded. I was not the only one. People who had been waiting 90 minutes or more for their meals were waiting. The kitchen was like a circus clown car - disorganized, filled with about 12 people - none of whom were working together. People cursing at each other - none of them listening or attempting to work as a unified front. Corporate owes this store a visit - They owe it to their customers to research delivery times, lost business, call logs and dissatisfied customers. When I finally approached the counter, I explained the situation, and yes, it was rectified. However, the manager claimed that she had made my order twice. Neither of those orders ever made it to my door. This is shameful.

I wouldnt even give this pizza hut one star but had too just to start the review I guess.. anyway.. we ordered our pizza and wings at 925pm.. and my husband was told over the phone that it would take about an hour and 15 minutes to deliver which seems to be normal in South florida.. well I call back 2 hours later and they say its on its way.. I call back 30 minutes after that and ask to speak with manager and I get no apology .. instead he begins to tell me that it takes time to cook pizza and wings and they both have to be cooked separately, still no apology then tells me he doesnt know where I got the idea that we would get our pizza in an hour and 15 minutes.. and he says his system shows that we are not supposed to get it until 1158pm.. I say okay even though Im extremely irritated. I then call back 3-5 more times from 1230pm on and get no anseer and also get no apology and no pizza. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with any pizza service. I really hope someone tries to make this up to us however dont think that will happen considering they wont even pick up the phone

I was going to only rate a 1 because I was so irate. I rated a two because the food always tastes fresh and I always go there. But man this time looks like all those young teens that work in there dont care about customers. They were in there, backs turned cracking jokes and customers were piling up. There was two exceptions one young black male at the register.. working hard, taking care of customers and the register and the other was in the back making Pizzas. The one girl got my anger boiling after all I did was ask if I may get a soda or some bread sticks because we waited so long. Immediately she ignored me and as in I asked then she turned her back and was jeering ar me and mocking me to the manager.. she was black, dark skinned.. a skinny girl. Also maybe 18 years old at the least and it was sad.. her very poor attention to customers, and her negative attitude and foul attitude was disgusting. She should not work there. Im sure she will do it to more and more customers and Lose that Pizza Hut customers. Its sad.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I ordered a pizza online & it took 90 minutes to get here. When the delivery driver got her she called my phone & said for me to meet her at her car. I paid & tipped. Once I got back in my apartment I was ready to dive in my pizza only to see & feel that it was cold & old. As Im frustrated I call Pizza Hut & was immediately put on hold...so while Im on hold I grab my Mountain Dew that came with my pizza only to notice the Mountain Dew was in a dirty bag and once I still poured me a glass I noticed that it was warm & very flat as if it was dropped (hence the dirty bag). So back to me being on hold someone would put me on hold after I ask to speak with a manager. After being on hold for FOURTY MINUTES the representative suggested I call back tomorrow when they arent as busy. Im in disgust at the HORRIBLE customer service. Dont order here.

If i could give -stars i would. I have ordered several times from this Pizza Hut and Ive lost count as to how many times they have either not brought my food for 1, forget my drinks, dips or sometimes an entire side order. Its crazy. One time i stopped the delivery guy Bill or Brent. Whatever his name was i said i ordered a drink. He took the the time out to ask what drink did you order i told him, he offered to bring it back. Its been over 2 weeks. Still no drink. When you call the staff first of all they are absolutely rude! I dont get why people work at companies like this if they dont want to do their job. That also requires being nice to people. You never know whos food your delivering or who your speaking to. I am so disappointed. You would think for such a well known Pizza place theyll keep their act together

They were advertising something they didnt have. I ordered a pizza online, and they called me back saying oh Im sorry we dont have that. I said okay no problem, I already pay for it but now Im getting less than what I paid for. They told me my order would be delivered at 11:15. I called at 11:30 asking if my order would be here soon. They said yes, its on its way. They are only two minutes away from where I live, so when it noon hit I called them back. I asked to speak to a manager and canceled my order. The manager says but let me explain, we have one driver and he caught a flat. My question is why didnt you tell me that when I called the first time. Plus, I have to wait two days to get my money back because I ordered online. This Pizza Hut sucks..

Horrible!!!!These people just charged my card twice. I ordered and paid over the phone and then once the guy got here I gave him a tip so then they charged it again the full amount instead of just charging the couple dollars for the tip. Im having bad luck with delivery people its so crazy Im just going to go to the places that have customer service and common sense I called the store and the guy told me what happened then said they will refund the amount in 2 days. What if I didnt have 2 days?? What if that was dinner for tomorrow?? Then now Im stuck. Any way dont order from them. Just pay a little extra and go some where else that has a better customer service system. I will be calling corporate and complaining.
