HORRIBLE! I placed an order for delivery at 2:33pm. I called at 3:42 to check where my order was. They said they had a power outage when I called and my order didnt go through. They offered to take my order again and give me $10 off. I said no, that I wanted my order free. They hang up on me. I call again, and then put me on hold. They hang up a second time. I drive over there and check my account. THE ORDER WENT THROUGH IN MY ACCOUNT!?! Long story short: I got my money refunded because I demanded it. Yes, and I got my food. It was insulting that they offered $10 off. The customer IS always right!

Today was the first time eating here and it will definitely be the last time. It took them forever to make a single pizza. The place was filthy. I finally received the pizza, drove all the way home. When I got home I couldnt get the pizza on the plate because it kept falling apart. Thats when I realize the pizza hadnt been cooked all the way through and was literally raw dough. You made me wait all that time for a pizza and you didnt even cook it all the way through.

I dont like anything about this place. A driver lead me to believe that I came up short with the amount of money I gave him and come to find out I had just the right amount and he just wanted a tip. "You gave me the right amount of money I just wanted a tip" said the driver. The man took my money after I said "what if I didnt want to give you a tip?" He said "oh well" and left. Rudest person Ive ever met. He took my money without me wanting to give it to him.

Ive been a Pizza Hut customer for over 20 years. My husband and I recently moved to the area and this is our new Pizza Hut. We ordered twice and never again. The first time the pizza dough was undercooked, the sauce was watered down and barely any and there was so little cheese it had dissolved. The second time the pizza was overcooked, again almost no sauce and the cheese was burned and barely any. Completely disappointed.
