FALSE ADVERTISING! Ive eaten here a few times and the food is typically pretty good - pizza is great. However last night I ordered a seafood sub, advertised as having "shrimp and crab" and some other stuff. When it showed up is was FAKE ("imitation") crab, which is a huge letdown and generally disgusting to eat. They have several items on the menu containing "crab" but it doesnt say anywhere that its fake. A lot of restaurants use this trick, but Milano is a nicer place and I expected better from them. At the very least they should disclose that its fake. If I advertised chicken and then fed you pigeon I would probably go to jail, but Milano is doing just that. It makes me wonder what other menu items are fake. I will probably order pizza from them again but Im staying away from other menu items - I dont want to know what imitation steak tastes like!

Im not sure what happened tonight, but I ordered a pizza, when it was delivered it was actually missing a slice. The delivery person told me it had just slid around in the box but the pieces legitimately didnt make a full circle, so he took it back and brought me a new one. While this new one was whole, it was much smaller. It took nearly two hours for me to get a 4 inch pizza with all the pieces in the box. I have never had a bad experience here before, so Im rather disappointed this happened.

So i understand that pizza milano may be busy right now, but i am in town for the weekend at my brothers and at first when i called, the guy couldnt even get the address right. Then, my brother and his wife order hot wings extra crispy flats regularly they guy said they didnt do it at first, then changed his story and said they couldnt cause they were busy... dont lie, just say ur busy! They just lost an 80$ order to Giannis in Hankey Farms! Too bad so sad for Milano pizza.

While I may deliver pizzas here on Fridays, I was once just a customer. Given that i now see the behind the scences it gives my review a little more of an insight. Im personally a very big fan of their pizza as well as the many other food choices they offer. The eat in service, delivery service and quality of the food is all very good and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to eat in, pickup or have food delivered!

My favorite pizza of all time. I moved away six years ago. Finally had an opportunity to get a pie today. The cheese is layered perfectly and they are very generous with the toppings. The sausage is something else. Ive struggled to find a sausage that compares anywhere else. The real treat is the bread sticks. Smothered with parmesan and light and crunchy. You have to add some to your order.

GREAT FOOD! Ordered the Gyro Platter loved it. They delivered to me, earlier than said, and the food was still nice and hot. Got the Wingdust wings, meaty and tasty! Excellent service, excellent people and excellent food. Too bad that I am just visiting Pittsburgh or visiting or I would be a regular. Again Greater than I expected.

i ordered the buffalo chicken pizza--very hearty and just the right amount of spicy. order a smaller size than you might normally, because it is really filling! i also got the spinach and feta house rolls...SO generous with the feta, and fresh spinach inside--truly delicious. i wish i had room for more! ill definitely be back.

Incredibly rude staff. First time in this establisment. Besides being rude the girl behind the counter was not helpful in the least. Just smirked at me when I asked her questions. My family and I wound up walking out choosing not to order simply because of how rude the employee was.

Hotel reccomended this place for a greek salad, I ordered the salad to go and when I got back to my room the olives were wilted, no onions, the feta cheese was terrible and there was no dressing on the salad. I could have gotten better at a grocery store with a pre-made salad.

Order a pizza, was told 40 minutes for delivery. Pizza was delivered an hour and forty minutes and it was cold. We order many a pizza from this shop, normally they do deliver on time. Not this time and their manager did not even offer to waive the cost of the pizza.

The crust is my favorite on this pizza. Good for take out or dine in. Only issue here is that seating is tough at lunch time, there arent many tables so you are better off being prepared to take out the pizza rather than stay there. Staff is friendly and service is quick.

Good food. Prices are a little high but worth it. Definitely one of the best pizza places in Robinson. Sandwiches and sides are also good. Have always had good service here friendly faces. Come to eat here and you will not be disappointed.

I just ordered for the first time as an out of town visitor. I was so pleased with how fast my pizza arrived! The driver was very nice and polite! I ordered a spinach and chicken pizza and it was fantabulous!!!! Wonderful experience!

Stumbled across this place. Some of the best pizza I have ever eaten. Cheese has a nice meaty texture and I recall the pepperoni being nice and crispy along the edges. If you are in Pittsburgh I suggest you stop here.

They were great! We were traveling and came in at 9pm on christmas eve and they were gracious enough to whip us up a great cheese pizza, gyro and a calzone. The food was great and the service was even better!

Their large pizza is someone elses extra large and you really dont need to order extra cheese because its already loaded with gooey delicious cheese. Friendly staff, always clean eating area.
