I called and placed an order @9:00pm on a Friday. I was told that the order would take 30 minutes to be delivered, which I thought was strange, as Friday and Saturday are busy days, so he delivery time is longer than usual. So around 10:10 I called back to track the order, I was told that the delivery driver said " I hung up the phone on him when he tried to get the gate code to my neighborhood." Nonsense!!! Why would I hang up on someone coming to bring me food???? So anyway, long story short, they give you false info to get your order, then they buy time to deliver with LIES. I called another pizza delivery chain, and they were honest and told me my delivery would be 2 hours. This place is trash. This is not the first time this store has lied and delivered my pizza late.

I had to select a star to post, are you kidding me! I have been a Pizza Hut connoisseur and am very disappointed in how this location has evolved. Being a long time customer of this location from their University Dr. location by I-Hop twenty plus years removed, I am sad to say that I will no longer order food from them. I had ordered so much food from them over the years I feel as though there should be stock owned in the company. I know the two to three orders per week for the last 20+ years will not be missed, but I think its time to move on to a great mom-and-pop location not too far that has better customer service and food for my hard earned coins!!!

To start with.... pizza hut used to be my favorite spot until I found this place... I have order for delivery from this location a couple of times already, and theyre always late, my pizzas are always cold and the crust on the stuffed crust pizza is old ... you can tell that they prepare them and whatever they dont sell they give it to you the next day its really retarded.... It gets me mad because when I was younger I used to work at Pizza Hut and I know how these people work I think it was disgusting the way they make the sauce and stuff. this place is TERRIBLE, disgusting thank you guys for making me HATE this place so much very very disappointed

The taste is not bad, but the presentation, temperatures, and atmosphere of this Pizza Hut is of 2 stars. I picked up my pizza in less than 15 minutes and it was not hot. The pizza was not fresh looking and the place looked like it has no time to deal with customer satisfaction. The taste of the pizza was as expected from Pizza Hut. If you want 4 or 5 star food then this if not what you should get,but if you need some quick half decent pizza then youll get what you seek.

I never really care about the area of a Carryout Pizza hut, I typically care about the quality of food. In this case we ordered just Cheese bread. This cheese bread was, and is the laziest version of cheese bread among any of the major Pizza chains, i.e Poppa Johns, Dominos, Little Caesars etc. Its simply their bread sticks with cheese on top...No real creativity from a chain thats been around since before I was born.

My order, which i had a confirmation number for was never completed. By the time i went to the store to pick up my order the cashier told me she didnt have my order. When i told her i had a confirmation number and asked if she could check it. She didnt even bother and just told me to place my order again

The only thing I buy here is the breadsticks because the sauce was sour once and I dont want the bad experience again. I complaint about it and they said "okay" nothing else. I wait for the order inside the store. The store is clean but the employee/ cashier not friendly.

WHEN PLACING MY ORDER THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE A LONG WAIT TIME I SAID NO PROBLEM JUST MAKE MY FOOD IS HOT WHEN YOU BRING IT TO ME. THEY DELIVERED 2 COLD PIZZAS TO ME! AWFUL .. I WAS REFUNDED MY MONEY !! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
