My roommate and I work late. We got off this evening after the kitchen closed so we had no choice but to order from a place opened late to serve us dinner. We decided to share a burger and get chili on the side bc the food from here, as learned from past experiences, is dry and unflavorful. Not only did they fail to give us what we ordered but "D" was extremely rude when we called to ask about it. We never recieved our chilI or ginger ale that we ordered. Her response verbatim was " we are not sending out our driver for a dollar!".... The tone in her voice was irrational, aggressive, and inappropriate... She continued..."we ran out of chili so idk what to tell you". According to her its not their policy to inform customers when they run out of things and in her mind it was apparent that she thought we were ridiculous for calling about it. We both work in the food and restaurant industry and were baffled by her abrasive response. I understand you get busy and it may have been grub hubs responsibility to inform us about the lack of options on the menu but after calling grub hub beforehand and being told to call downtown pizza the response we got was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. We were very nice and understanding over the phone but after second thought, the reality of the situation is that we paid for something we didnt get, tipped well, asked nicely and were treated poorly. Do not support this business. Weve been disappointed by the quality of food many times in the past and ordered out of desperation and hunger only to get disrespected and cheated out of our hard earned money. Even if is was a "dollar" which was actually 5 with the chili situation, its just not right. I dont care how rude customers can be in this industry I always paint on a smile and try my best to make them leave happy. We were not rude and tipped way to much to be treated this way, STAY AWAY!!!!

Short Take: Great food, great hours, not the cheapest place, great staff, very rarely have any issues, been ordering for over five years. (Be aware of the delivery charge!) If Im struggling to come up with plans for dinner, dont feel like shopping, dont feel like moving.... Downtown is the place I call. It isnt the cheapest spot, but its darn good! Ive been ordering from this place since at least 2005. Ive very VERY rarely had any sort of issue. My orders have always been correct, and delivered quickly. They always say about 45 minutes, and it tends to be about 15-30 for delivery. Their menu is very extensive, and everything Ive ever had has been awesome. Everything is fresh and tasty, consistently. I tend to have most orders delivered. Be aware there is a delivery charge. My usual order of a cheeseburger sub and an order of fries, plus a four dollar delivery charge comes out to 15.98. If you want to save the four bucks (and some time waiting), you can go pick it up in 10-20 minutes. I love this place. Its great for a late meal after a crazy night, or a lazy Sunday watching some football.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a pizza on a saturday night on 04/09/16 at around 11:30 pm for my co-workers and I. The location is less then five minutes away but were not allowed to leave. They say the pizza should take an hour. So we waited. 1.5 hours later, I call back to check the status and they said tge delivery driver left already for delivery. I called back 20 min later and asking for the driver status. The female place me on hold and put sone guy on the phone. He asked me what i want him to do with the order, I told him if the driver isnt here within the next 5 minutes im canceling my order. The man exact words was "what do you expect its a friday night and if you dont want the food no more, tell the driver your not paying and he hunged up the phone on me. Never again will I order from this place. If I can give them a 0 star, trust me I sure will. Wil not recommended this place to anyone. Driver came 2 hour later was very friendly and apologetic but i told him no thank you, your staff is rude, so i do not wont your buisness any longer.

****THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS - STAY AWAY**** I should have listened to the online reviews. I read the menu online, and noticed "prices subjected to change without notice". I phoned the store and asked about the prices online, and was told that they are correct. Staying at a local hotel. I decided to walk and pick up my pizza. I ordered a "$20" pizza and two can sodas. total was $28+. I realized there "funny math" after they ran my credit card. I asked how much the sodas were, and they were only $1.50 ea. Asked how much the pizza was, and it had went up 20% in less than 10 minutes. I informed him that the menu list the pizza at $20, and was told that the prices went up last week. I asked why he didnt inform me of this when I began looking at the menu right in front of him. His response... "thats the price". When I told him that I had just phoned and asked about the menu prices online, he said he would give me a refund on my credit card. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. STAY AWAY.

Wow, Im so disappointed in this place. Every time Ive agreed to order from this place I can barely eat what they deliver because the pizza is cold and without any flavor what so ever, provided you even get the pizza you ordered. This final time I ordered both a roast beef sub and a spinach calzone. Give them a chance to redeem themselves since the pizza sucks so bad. No, the worst Ive ever had in my life. The so called sub should have been called a sandwich. It had barely any meat, and barely any toppings. It was the worst! Then the calzone was pure rigotta, a generic rigotta that had no flavor but oozed everywhere. It was gross. These people are a waste of electricity. I will never order from there again and if you are a person of taste....DO NOT EAT HERE. You will not want to taste what comes out of this place.

After coming out of church service with my brother we made the big mistake of going to this dump, the employees are very rude using foul language in front of customers and while they take your order they talk on their cell phone gossiping. My brother told the cook to please not burn the pizza because I have muscular dystrophy which makes it a little difficult for me to chew on hard food and the idiot told my brother "oh why does your sister need soft pizza does she have f***ked up teeth?" when my brother brought the food out to the car I couldnt believe what he told me. We will never go to this place again.

Their food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered Alfredo Florentine, which was overpriced at $14 without any protein. When it arrived, it was not Florentine, which by the way was a $3 up-charge. Aside from the initial let down, I thought oh well, I will just eat it. I was wrong, it was completely inedible. Tasted as though something had spoiled and then they tried to cover it up with an obscene amount of Black Pepper. I thought it was just me, I let a few other people in my office try it. One person spit it out and couldnt even keep it down. They should be dropped by the delivery services, this makes UberEats look bad.
