We waited over an hour for our pizza to be delivered on a tuesday night when nothing big was going on. What finally got delivered was somebody elses completely different order. After notifying the delivery guy of this, he proceeded to call his boss from his cell phone, then hand the phone to my husband and demand that HE describe what had happened. After doing so (because we had already paid by credit card) the driver went back to fetch us our actual order, without so much as an apology from him or the manager. 30 minutes later (approximately an hour and a half after the initial order) we received the correct order and took it into our house. The pizza ended up being undercooked, veggies toward the middle were raw and the dough and crust were cold and disgusting. We placed a formal complaint on pizza huts website with no response, that was 6 months ago. If youre looking for pizza in this area anywhere is better than this pizza Hut but weve found that the local dominos is really delicious, the employees are very friendly, and the delivery is faster than youd expect.

I frequent the weekday buffet at this store and I must say, since the new management has taken over, it is top notch. I add the part about new management to qualify because in years past, the opposite was true. At the time of this writing, you can generally count on good service and no long gaps where there is no pizza (it actually used to be like that... you might wait 5-10 minutes where all the pizza was eaten up without replacement, a real drag if you are on a limited-time lunch break). Its all different now... a great place to go and a real deal at the price, if you like pizza. If and when the management changes, you can consider this review null and void, because the person in charge makes all the difference. For right now, it is difference in the right direction.

Called in tonight (9/23/16) to place a pick up order. Was on their web site and tried to order a deal that was posted. I was told on the phone "That is an online deal." It was not showing online deal only on the site and I stated that. I was told by the lady on the phone "I dont have a button for that and cant give you that deal." I didnt know rude customer service was on the menu. I placed an order at another pizza place and went by Pizza Hut on High Street in Carlisle and spoke to the manager. The response from the manager was "Im sorry you had to experience that." Not feeling like they value their customers at all. Would not recommend that you go there if you are in Carlisle. There are so many good pizza places here.

Ordered from here while travelling through the state. Our first choice (papa johns) was overpriced.. our second choice (dominos) wouldnt deliver, so pizza hut won. Got the $10 box. It arrived about a little over 40 mins... the food wasnt hot, barely warm, but I guess the bags dont serve as a "warmer" anymore.. (maybe im too old or just from a different part of the country) the marinara sauce wasnt warm. The breadsticks/cinnasticks were one solid piece, hard to break apart & chewy (from being cold). Delivery driver didnt have a pen, so we had to take time to find one for her. One star for the price - One star for delivering.

Great job on the Pizza Hut television commercial! I really wanted to give the grilled cheese pizza a try! But unfortunately when I called in for a delivery order, I was greeted by an unenthusiastic employee, who simply without explanation told me that Pizza Hut does not deliver to my location, and followed up by saying a quick bye! Pizza Hut is 2.8 miles away from my location and is only .1 miles further than papa Jhons, who has no problem delivering to me! Ill be continuing to order from Papa Jhons! And wont become a new customer of Pizza Hut!

Tonight I put an online order in and my pick up time said 15 minutes later. I got there 25 minutes later in case they needed a little extra time. When I got there I still had to wait 25+ minutes for my food. An order of my wings were not the correct flavor. I ordered additional sauces, which they charge you for and I was given an attitude when I asked for the sauces I ordered. The cashier was very rude and didnt tell me thank you when paying for my food. They have some of the worst customer service I have ever seen!

I have never had an order messed up in so many new and creative ways before. They literally placed raw spinach on top of my pizza, probably because they forgot it when making the pizza. They also gave me barbeque sauce instead of buffalo sauce, the wrong flavor of breadsticks, didnt bother to add the crust flavor or sauce requested on the pizza, and to top it all off, they forgot the fries. I would definitely recommend visiting a different pizza hut instead. The guy working was pretty nice though.

I went here for a buffet lunch with my brother. Our waiter was very friendly and the pizza was decent. We got there about 45 minutes before the buffet closed, though, and I did not see them put out new pizza at any point. This meant that the options were a little limited and I knew none of the pizza I was eating was super fresh. I would stop by again, but only to order individual pizzas; Id skip the buffet.

I ordered wings and the hot chocolate dessert (That was ok) but the wings were literally in a pool of sauce, and some of them werent even coated fully with the sauce, like damn you couldnt even shake it up a little bit? Also the delivery guy was weird, he knocked at my door and i opened it not even a second later and he already was walking towards his car like he was gonna leave, lol.

Store manager doesnt even know what road his building is on, said they dont deliver to the 11 but kinda funny since well they are on Highway 11. Manager said he has no contact information with corporate and has a delivery radius less the 4 miles. If the cooks are as good as this guy i would be surprised if they know they are supposed to cook there food.

I love pizza hut, but my experience tonight was bad. First when we called for our order, they didnt know what they were doing. We ordered extra marinara with the cheese sticks and only got one instead of two. We asked for delivering, he was nice. We go to eat our food and my husband found hair in the pizza, none of which was ours. Disappointed tonight.

Do not go to this pizza hut unless you have an hour of your life that youre willing to waste waiting on a small to go order that it always says will be done in 20 minutes. Not to mention by the time we do finally get our food it is BARELY warm. I will spend the extra 30 minutes and drive to the pizza hut in mechanicsburg.

Food was good service was terrible! We were delivered our food and never seen the waitress Traci again. Us and another table of customers were looking for waitress walked up to counter she came walking in from out back with another employee! I hope something is done she seemed like she didnt want to work.
