Order was half an hour late - forgivable, yes however, but not when the Pizzas were stone-cold, not even warm (Chicken varieties did not help the re-heating process so all went in the bin)! Try and phone this store/company after they have secured your money, good luck with that! I found that Pizza Hut is not open for customers to leave feedback or hasten an order (press 2 if you want to not discuss you order but want to be instantly disconnected!!). I asked not one, not two, but three separate phone centre staff to record this is not right...no one could assist leaving such feedback hence having to resort to a more public warning to you all - avoid this painful and very disappointing experience!

Service was great, no complaints there. As for the pizza, several years had passed since the last time I patronized a Pizza Hut so perhaps my expectations were higher than they should be. Low quality ingredients are most definitely resulting in low quality product. With the wealth of pizza restaurants in the area, theres no need to settle for mediocrity.

Walked in one of the doors after driving 6 hours and visting another that had no dinning room. They suggested we go here.appon ariving Was told they were closing at 9, and if would have came in the other door would would have know that.... just simply piss poor of the manager on dutys part..... I would avoid this place at all cost....

Pizza is good but customer service is hit or miss. The night crew deserves one star for being sloppy and rude. They lock the one set of doors but theres no sign nor will they even look at you through the glass. They cant even give a simple smile. Probably will stop coming to this location because of poor service from employees.

Pizza hut is my favorite restaurant and this is my favorite location. Yeah, Ive had a few bad experiences.. But you cant judge an entire restaurant on one night. Almost every time Ive been there, everything is so well put together that my fiancé and I end up over tipping. I definitely recommend!

Order delivery from here and never got my order. Got the time old excuss that they tryed to call but couldnt reach me when i had my phone and signal the whole time. Hell im posting this from the exact same spot i been waiting. I will never order from them again.

Stopped here with my family the other night and loved it. Parking was plentiful, restaurant was clean and well laid out, and the servers were pleasant, thoughtful, and prompt. Food was excellent, wait time was short. Ill go again when in the area!

Erika, a sever looked at me three times while I was waiting to be seated. Nobody else waiting. She totally ignored me. She is lazy and should find another place of employment. Preferably a job where she doesnt have to do anything .

Pizzas were late and to top it all off the delivery driver laughed about it!!! Oh the excuse when I called was its Friday night.. Pretty sad when you have more 1 star reviews then 5 star reviews!!

very poor service, didnt get order correct, didnt bring out appetizers as an appetizer, server was all but annoyed that there was customers/work to do.
