Beware of this location if you are a vegetarian. There always seem to be food "containment" issues, and workers dont seem to care about it. There has been meat in the sofritas (tofu) in the past, so I stopped getting it. On this past trip, I had to repeatedly ask the worker to not drag my veggie burrito through a pool of barbacoa juices on the counter. She was clearly annoyed by this request, as if she couldnt process why someone getting a veggie burrito wouldnt want meat in it. Ive had enough and wont be going back to this location. Ive never had this problem with any other Chipotle Ive been to. On top of their food issues, parking is a nightmare, its a pain to get in and out of, and no one can wrap a burrito to save their life. Avoid and go elsewhere.

Food quality is fine. However, Of the past 7 orders, 4 have come out incorrectly. That may speak to my continued patronage, but I do enjoy the food, when I want something quick and not relatively unhealthy. Always check your food, especially if you order for take out. We had at least once incidence where tacos came without the meat in them (a core ingredient!). Weve had several where elements of the kids meal didnt show up (the milk or chips). And everything in between, not just with missing ingredients, but missing entire meals. They compensate you for this inconvenience by giving you a free fountain drink. Im sure that made up for the 10 miles of gas I spent!

This place was pretty darn good. If youre new to Chipotle its a fast food dining experience where you receive a burrito the size of a baby at the end. Theres loads of flexibility in ordering so Id recommend taking a minute to check out the various fillings before diving in. Also, get napkins... lots of napkins. Wiser customers appear to go for the bowl over the burrito, I may be wrong but it looks like you get a little more. Like I said, these guys were good. The staff were efficient and courteous. They know how to mow through a line so dont be intimidated if it looks long when you get there. I ate a regrettable amount there and loved every second of it.

The staff was GREAT! Went in round 3ish pm. Actually didnt pay much attention to the other staff, they were pretty.....into whatever they were doing. However the woman who made my food was EXTREMELY friendly. Mid 30s (? Bad with guessing age ) short, brown hair....she was awesome! Super friendly, very helpful being it was my second time ever being at a Chipotle. She was just, caring! Love, love, LOVE her energy she put off! :) :) Need more like her! Again, rest of the associates werent rude. They just had no energy :( P.s. Great food too! :)

Oh my word- the Camphill Chipotle is phenomenal. Not only is the food nutritious and delicious, the tunes lightly playing in the background make for a hospitable and approachable atmosphere. If I could, I would give the people who work here a million stars, just five stars would be the understatement of the century. The people here are excellent at their jobs, communicate effectively, listen to the customers needs and continue to selflessly serve with a smile on their face. Thank you chipotle for being something special to look forward to.

After hearing from a coworker about how great their food was I decided to give it a try. I purchased 2 burritos everything other than the meat was great. Im not sure if this is typical with the quality of meat they put into their food or if it was just a really bad cut of beef but there was gristle all throughout the beef and was a little under cooked in my opinion. Even the chicken had some gristle on it I will not be going back to this place and do not recommend it.

This location is starting to become hit or miss for me. I was super disappointed with the burrito bowl my boyfriend picked up for me. It was all rice and barely anything else. The service was super slow (he was there for 30min waiting) and they were insisting on giving him the wrong order because it had to be put to the side with others to get fresh meat. Had to add my own sour cream and extra taco bell hot sauce just to get it to taste OK.

Have never had an issue food wise, always order online. But their parking issue is crap. Too small of a lot and "no parking" signs put up across the street , literally had to run across a very busy road at a bad spot just to pick up my order. At least make a space for pick up orders like many restaurants have. Today I parked in a no parking zone because I wasnt dealing with it again and will be in the building for less than two minutes.

Not a great Chipotle. Parking is horrible, theres never enough spots for their peak times. I dont know how that lot meets city code. The line is always super slow when they are busy. Stingy on the meat. And I almost always have to wait on veggies. Some of the staff are great but others have been rude to me. I still think this is by far the worst location in the Harrisburg area, but screw it I live so close.

The food & service here are just fine - like any other Chipotle. However, Im giving this location 3 stars because the parking is horribly configured, the seating is strangely laid out (a large communal table takes up half the seating area!?!?), and the dining area is VERY echo-y. The music is always turned up TOO LOUD. Get food to go or be prepared for an annoying eating experience.

ugh i hated it. I was sitting at me table and my tummy rumbled.ten i felt it, it was bad. It leaked through my pants and on to a little boy behind me. he was covered in chocolate. It smelled and everyone through their food at me. It was pooping everywhere, i couldnt stop. The whole place was covered in chocolate. it smelled. wouldnt recommend it. :c

I love Chipotle but this is the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. Untrained, rude staff who think they are too smart! The line is always super slow.They never have the carryout orders ready on time and instead of apologizing, give ridiculous excuses. Chipotle really needs to look into this location if they care about their reputation.

Food is hit or miss every time I go. Giving only three stars because of this and because the music is way too loud. I had to repeat myself over three times to the person taking my order because of it being too loud, and could barely hear the person sitting next to me. They also have like 15 people working there and despite that are still slow.

I honestly have not had a bad experience here. I order online, my order is always ready when I get there (I usually arrive 5 minutes after the time I select). Workers have always been courteous and polite to me. The place is packed quite frequently and the parking lot is tiny (thats the only down side); I dont blame the chain for this.

The food needed better prepped. The rice was crunchy and the meat I got was really dry(chorizo) The shedded pork and shedded beef were juicy. I liked all of the spice everything had. But if you dont like spice your very limited. The atmosphere was good the service was polite and quick. It was under $8 per person so not a bad deal.
