I used to love this place because its only 13 minutes from my work and I get an hour lunch. Their lines during lunch are ridiculously long but they handle it well, if you want to spend your entire lunch time there waiting (usually take about 15 minutes to make it through the line indoors and 10-20 in the drive-thru). Their food is always fresh but twice now theyve gotten my order wrong and were very snobby about fixing it. In fact, they refused to fix one error because the lady rung it up wrong but yet thats still my fault. They apparently run a day care or something too because every time I go in there, theres about 50 bajillion kids and their stay at home moms. This is good for someone living off of someone elses income who doesnt have to work but hard to visit during the day time. At nighttime it slows down a little bit more but not much. But, you might actually find a seat away from the kid area at night. As all fast food now a days its expensive. Average spent for one person is from $8.00 to $16.00 if you dont want a small fry and ittybitty drink. This Chick-Fil-A sits almost on the corner of Jefferson Davis Hwy and its right near 95 so that might be why its so busy. The solution to their constant rush rush rush dont think about how youre treating youre customer situation just might be building another Chick-Fil-A nearby! Many business do this especially if they are overwhelmed with one. Look at Subway, thats a franchise. Either way I hope the manager Mr. Branch figures out how to stop all these problems. I used to love this place and suggest it often for dinner and for lunch. Sorry kiddos, not anymore! Its worse than a Wendys.

For as busy as this place is, they can move the drive-thru along pretty quickly. Im always impressed by how many people are there every Saturday, and how quickly they can cycle people through (I check a PO Box at the post office next door every weekend). When my self-control has failed me and I end up opting for a fast food breakfast or lunch, they have always gotten my order correct and made sure any sauces were in the bag and correct. the only reason this place didnt get 5 stars is because their parking is pretty rough. While its similar to most other Chic-fil-A parking lots, its nowhere near big enough to handle to number of saturday morning patrons. All in all, Im sure I will be here again soon.

As you can tell, this chik-fil-a is popular all day every day with the locals. I havent had a single bad experience here. Great food, always hot, served to me on a tray after I sit down. Average service time for always being so busy. Awesome sweet tea they make it almost every 2-3 hours. I love and miss the old lady that worked here. She walked around and got refills and ketchup and anything else you wanted. I havent seen her in a while and I do miss her but they have other employees that provide this service. If you havent tried a chick-fil-a come here and try the "chik-fil-a sauce" on anything!

No matter what time of day you come to this location, it always has a decent amount of people and can be slammed packed at times BUT its nothing like surrounding fast food places, this one stays busy because the food and service is A+!!! From the counter to the drive thru, no matter how long the line is, they keep a steady pace. This location has 2 drive thrus and always has each register open. I have never had any issues with this Chick-fil-A. Its a very clean and enjoyable environment. Highly satisfied with this establishment. Definitely recommend.

This Chick-fil-A has been a meeting location for my family and other family for play dates and visits. We always enjoy the dining hall and see other parents, families, and even adults without children that we know. We know that it will always be clean and the food hot and exactly how we expect it. The manager participates in positive promotions in the area and we see the name quite a bit. We value this location as a positive dining experience, recreational family time. I sneak through there on solo outings for a milkshake too shhhh....

Worse experience ever at a chick fil a! Lady delivering food argues with you when food isnt what you ordered. We witnessed our food be passed around from table to table then finally left at a table. The lady from the table gave it to a different worker and he brought it to us instead of throwing away. I told him I wanted a fresh one he waited a few minutes and brought us same tray. Just got over salmonella poisoning Im a bit more aware than usual but if I paid same as everyone should I not get fresh hot food same as everyone?

Great service for the most part. But I dislike the fact that they dont allow guests to self-serve on fountain drinks. I just went to the counter to get a refill. It was moderately busy right now at the counter and none of the employees were available to refill my (and three other guests) drinks. Whats the harm in allowing guests to fill our own drinks?! It saved both on man-hours and take away the frustration from the side of guests. Geez... Seriously right now were waiting by the counter and theyre just ignoring us.

Food was great as always however hands down the dirtiest chickfila Ive ever been in. The whole place smelled kind of sour like they mopped with dirty water, the bathrooms were trashed and when we went to sit down there was a huge ketchup spill in the seat. It kind of blended in so I got a thigh full of ketchup. Definitely happy I was wearing a dark colored dress or we would have had a much bigger delay in our family day.

Drive thru line is always backed up and slow.it seems to me that they use the chicken for the breakfast biscuits on the regular chicken sandwiches.these are the smaller chicken breast and usually on the sandwich the breast are bigger and fills out the bun, instead youre eating way more bread than chicken and the lemonade is very hit or miss taste wise

First time I ever experienced rudeness at this restaurant . Waited to get a refill for almost 5 minutes making eye contact with almost all of the 7 employees, manager included. Was never acknowledged. Guess standing at the side counter watching they doesnt imply a refill request anymore. Think Ill start going to a Hill Street location next time.

Asked for no salt on french fries. Drive thru girl told me it would be a couple minutes so pull up n shell bring it out. 20 minutes later still nothing so I went inside to get it. They tell me they havent even started my order n the girl who took my order is to busy cashing out so she can go home inatead of getting me my food.

The parking lot was very congested with traffic at the time, but spacious if you park towards the back. My husband and I got our food at a reasonable wait time. My only real negative is that they sometimes forget to give you straws and cutlery with your meals. So make sure to double check before you drive away! :)
