I took my parents to this Red Lobster when they were visiting me. To start, our waitress had a major attitude and was very arrogant. Then, my father ordered their peppercorn sirloin, medium. It came out medium well to well, with barely any pink in it at all--the meat inside was brown, a true indicator that it was not cooked to medium. He asked the waitress to please get him another one properly cooked, and she proceeded to argue with him about what medium was. He was nice at first, but literally after five minutes of her lecturing him about what medium was, he understandably started to get short. She finally said "Fine!" rather loudly and rudely and stormed off. We didnt see her for another 15 minutes until she plunked down the new steak in front of my dad. Well, it was obvious the chef decided to "get revenge" on my father because the peppercorn on the steak was so rampant it actually made him choke. We asked to speak to a manager and were rebuffed. My meal was also nothing special, and it was obvious the food had been sitting around for awhile. After my father got his new steak, we never saw our waitress again; we had to ask the bus boy to get our receipt, and it was handled by someone else. We never had anyone come by and talk to us about what happened, and our whole meal took two and a half hours because of all the waiting. I have been to at least 10 other Red Lobsters throughout the country on my travels and this was by far the worst. I would never eat there again, and anytime my parents come to visit me we avoid this restaurant.

Took my son there for his graduation dinner, just him and me. Big event and excited to spend a nice dinner with my son. Appetizer came out really good, then served our salads...mediocre....then I see the table next to us being served. Waiter served their dinner and went back into the kitchen, came back with more items for that table only to learn he served them something that they did not order. He placed it aside, finished serving their items and then picked up the other order and took it back to the kitchen. Tick, tock, tick, tock, my son says he is really getting hungry. Then a server comes to our table and placed my sons dish, hot and steamy in front of him and then placed my order in from of me. I looked at the dish and it looked familiar, so I asked the server if this was the same dish previously placed at the other table and was told, Yes, but they didnt touch it, not sure how she would know since her arrival at our table was the first I saw of her this evening. When I opened my entree, it was lukewarm. I tried two scallops (the size of my thumb nail) and 1 shrimp. The corn on the cob in the dish had already began to dry up. Granted, when I complained, they graciously provided the meal for free and were apologetic. But really, where was the quality control? I was more than ready to pay their prices and actually looked forward to the evening meal with my son but cant say Im willing to give this second chance.

Love red lobster. I have been to this location many of times over the years. I ordered the rock lobster tail dinner that i have had there before stuffed/baked with crab meat before the remodel this time the waiter had stated to me that they cant do it even tho the tail still cost me $35.00 So i thought to myself well oh well bummer. I ordered the stuffed mushrooms also. While we are having dinner two older women are seated next to us. With a baby stroller the two of us were thinking oh a new born baby in it. to our surprise it was a white poodle in the stroller. And it was not a service dog. It was the oldest ladys dog we noticed after hearing them talking. After spending over $100.00 for the two of us for dinner i was not impressed. Is it company policy now since the remodeling to bring your dogs in with you for dinner now as well. Its not pet smart or pet-co. Maybe next time we will bring our dog with us. Not cool!!!!

We had an awesome waitress. I loved our service there. It was beyond amazing. The waitress Sunshine fit her really well because she was in a great mood, she was on top of everything, she answered any questions that came at her. And even made my $35 meal a $25 meal . She somehow made it cheaper for me and for that I am honestly great full for that. She was patient with us when we were being so difficult with each of our meals. We kept apologizing but she said it was no problem. Than at the end when we got to go boxes for our meals she grabbed our food and put it in the to go boxes for us. Ive never seen a waitress go over and beyond to do that for her customers. I was just amazed on how wonderful she was. Im hoping that when I go back that shell still be there because she was so amazing for us. Thank you Sunshine for your awesome service.

I have not been disappointed by this Red Lobster. The atmosphere is nice (though they keep the air conditioning a little too cold in my opinion). The wait staff have always been very polite, even when my friends and I show up in out super casual weekend clothes. After going there twice, Im know Ill go there again. I just wont be getting the crab cakes or crab fritters again. The fritters were too heavy and the oil they used to fry it in didnt taste good. The crab cakes had celery in it which overpowered the crab taste a little bit (to each their own, though). The aioli that came with both was very good though and I couldnt get enough of it!

First time back since remodel and we were pleased with how things are now. Our server, Neil, on on top of his game and did a great job, I spoke with a manager, Michelle, about menu items and some web page issues and found her to be exactly what a person in her position should be. There were three of us eating and our meals, all different, were great. I had seen bad review here on the chowder but found mine to be perfect. All in all is was a great dining experience. The only thing that is an issue is the parking situation and there is nothing that can be done because of the space availability. We will be going back!

We thought for a second that maybe red lobster would have some decent seafood... unfortunately, they battered our coconut shrimp in a sugar crust and when we told them we didnt like it, they told us to dip it in cocktail sauce and made pay $40 for it anyway. Here in the PNW we expect a lot more from a seafood restaurant..... red lobster is a joke and is for people who dont know any better. You can easily get an amazing seafood meal anywhere else for the same price or less and you wont have to wait online for an hour either. We will never be back.
