Food Dim Sum is very average maybe below and the service is very disappointing! We arrived around 3 PM Sunday afternoon. It could be that the Dim Sum closes at 3:30 PM, so its their "lunch" time and all restaurant staff were gathering around one table in the middle having their meals. During the time, there are still many guests in the restaurant. We were almost left alone at our own table. Since we would need to drive to Spokane after the meal, we had to almost be "begging" for food: could you get dim sum cart over, could we get 4 waters and 3 tea? could we order stir fry rice for kids? etc. The waitress/waiters constantly changed for our table, they were kind of impatient and eager to get back to their lunch. At the end, I had to go to cashier to find someone so I can pay. A guy came up and punched numbers in a calculator then told me the number. As courtesy, I still tipped like 10% (usually I would tip way more for decent service). Whenever we come to Seattle, we always shop at 99 Ranch. Next time, we will never come to this restaurant again and will not recommend to our friends at all. Sorry, just unbelievable, seems they just dont want your business.

Ive had a lot of bad customer service experience from this place. The first time that I ordered from this place, the woman who took my order was very rude. She was short with her responses and I felt like I was being rushed. When I asked whats in a specific dish she would roll her eyes and point at the menu which only has the name of the dish. I was hoping she could tell me how it was prepared obviously. I must say the food and the price is okay so I let it slide this once. Then one time I called to place an order and Im pretty sure I got the same woman. She said it was going to be a 25 min wait which was fine, it was a weekend after all and this place gets packed. I asked what the ingredients are for a specific dish that my boyfriend and I wanted to try for the first time and she told me to call again when Im ready to order because they are busy. I was frustrated and decided that I will never order from this place again.

Ive tried dim sum here 5 times now. I wont be back. The first two times we were there we were put on the right side of the restaurant where there were three other groups too. It took 20 minutes for a cart to even make it to our table, though we watched them pass us at least 4 times without acknowleding us. By the time we got food, it was cold, and poorly cooked! We decided to try again a few more times because sometimes things happen. Well, the food is still served luke warm, the sticky rice always tastes a day old, the radish cakes are more mushy, and the service is minimal. I tried really hard to like this place because its the only one in Lynnwood now but I would way rather go to international district than eat here again. Its a bummer!

brought my family. bad experience really. waited so long for the waiter to come by. also, the dim sum only one went our way, so we ended up just ordering. the food are awful, so oily.... check it out--the food plate like the chow mein, it is so greasy. we asked for water and the guy waiter said to ask someone else, how rude. service is so crappy too. i think they are getting big for their head, they seem to get arrogant and sloppy thinking that they are money making and dont care if they slack on service and food coz they think people will keep coming, they are wrong. count us out. the bathroom is nasty too, and the kitchen looks messy.

Decent sized Cantonese restaurant. Theyve got enough room for a several of those 12 seat round tables. Tried dim sum at lunch, which was moderately busy. The dim sum ladies wheel around the dim sum carts and you just choose whatever you want. The carts made their rounds pretty frequently and the servers did a good job of delivering tea, water, and clearing our plates. Overall dim sum was decent, but some of the mainstays were a little lacking. Found the hao gao skin a little thick and the siu mai was lacking in flavor. Dan tat were the puffy type, and were solid.

3rd and last visit. Didnt like the service any of the times we were here. Felt like we were inconveniencing them. The taste of the food (when you finally get it) is pretty good; some of the wrapped dim sum items had wrappings which were really thick and yucky (I come for small tasty fillings, not clods of dough). Order take out and avoid the bad service, attitude, and long wait for ordering and drink refills. This last visit is the only time in my 50 years of life that I consciously decided not to leave a tip.

Our family has been going to T & T seafood restaurant for years and have enjoyed the wonderful service and food. Sadly, over the past year / year and a half, the quality and service has really slipped. Yesterday we stopped again and thought, well lets try it one more time. Sadly, this was the worst meal we have ever experienced. The food was so greasy, and the content and flavor was questionable. We really had hoped that this experience would restore our faith in this restaurant. Sadly, No.

Had Dimsum here and service is terrible. The carts didnt really move around except in their isle. I dont know how many times we had to go across the isles to ask for our dishes. You can order the same thing from the kitchen as what is carts but they charge extra for it. Some of the food was undercooked. They lost our check so we had to wait at least 30 min for them to find it. Too many people also crowded the check-in area. Im not going to even mention that several people skipped the line.

Sad to see so many poor reviews on this restaurant. I used to eat here with coworkers once a month or so for dim sum. Ive never ordered anything off the menu, only dim sum from the carts. In the afternoon on a weekday its usually not too busy. Sometimes the service can be a bit slow but most of the time they are prompt. I think the dim sum is very good. Not greasy, always hot and fresh tasting. They refresh their carts regularly and its very cheap to have a dim sum lunch.

What is up with this joint?? Love the hot and sour soup and THATS IT. Seafood hot pot had enormous hunks of ginger and mainly tofu stuff. It wouldnt be so bad if at least the wait people had smiles on their faces but lordy, what grumps. Do NOT make the mistake of asking for more water, etc. cuz you aint gonna get it. Sheesh, what snobs. Were talking about a place off of Hwy. 99, not Beverly Hills.

service was pretty bad, i came in first but they sat down a group of 4 before me and just ignored me (plenty of tables), ordered some dishes and i got the smallest bowl of rice, i asked for more after but the guy either forgot or just didnt care after he walked away, had to ask another person (looked like a manager). Also the table of 4 before me had their entire table before I even got anything....
