Lets just start by saying I spent 240$ on my birthday for a "nice birthday dinner" when I went to order my food my waitress was rude and told me she "didnt know what I was talking about" we got water no drinks no straws no utensils our whole order was wrong couldnt eat the appetizers until they were cold cause we had no plates couldnt eat our crab legs because we had no crackers no a1 for our steak and none of the food came prepared the way we ordered it we didnt eat it because of course it was not how we ordered. we had friends out with us but of course the server didnt split or ask to split the tab so the reason my tab was 240$ our server was rude and unapologetic what was supposed to be a nice night out, put me in a bad mood the entire night! while our service continued to get worse and worse I tried so hard to humble myself finally I got another employees attention from across the room mind you they werent busy at all we were probably the last people there considering we waited all night for dinner and all the utensils that came with, I finally spoke with a manager in order to get my boxes and pay my tab as they were still bringing the rest of our food, after we were done! He seemed nice and apologetic but at that point the night was ruined I was just ready to go home!! Will not be returning, ever! whoever served us should not be serving anyone else!

Granted, its Mothers Day and I expected it to be busy, but come on....got there and was told 50-55 min wait so got a drink at the bar (very good). 30 min later, wait time is down to 30 min start seeing people that have come in after me getting seated. I asked if there was a table difference and got told no. The hostest checked our pager number and said we were next...two couples later she takes the pager and says the batteries must be dead and finally seats us (almost an hour after arriving). My samon and shrimp were good, salad was salad, but I asked for a baked potato with only butter and they sent one with cream cheese. My friend ordered a steak Med and it came almost bleeding. This was my first time at this location...probably wont be back.

Been here plenty of times. Most recently got surprised by friends and family for dinner here. We were the largest group at that moment and the one waitress we had, Jem, was nothing short of amazing. Personable, efficient, professional and more. I know it isnt easy on the staff when you have a large group and she didnt show any stress and treated us like old friends. Ive had several great experiences here. This one just happened to stick out given the size group I had. Thanks lacey red lobster!

Poor service, took 20 min to get a drink from our waitress, repeadily ignored my Muslim sister, whether it was her Capri salad that did not come till dinner or her ice tea, she was treated like she was not there. Waitress was unorganized and ignored our table until the end. It was my mothers 78th birthdau, the only thing that saved the evening was the food. $143 bill and tipped at 20%, not thay she deserved it but because everyone else she has to tip out does. We will never be back!

First, do not go during a peak time! Wait times can easily be more than 40 minutes. The menu has a predictable core offerings, with a seasonal side menu. Some of the seasonal items are adventurous, some are predictable. I have yet to order a steak there so I cannot comment on that. The trickiest item I have ordered there, scallops, (if you have tried to cook them you understand) came out perfectly; cooked, but not tough.

I use to love this place. Today, was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Soup eas cold. Seby it back and it came back so hit I ended.up eith a blister on the inside of my mouth. Then I ordered cajun shrimp and got chicken. Then they were rude and condescending and told me they were not going to charge me for my meal. You know the one I didnt eay. Never come back and may have to go to doctor for burned tongue.

My wife and I just went there for our anniversary dinner and had a great time. Our server James was very friendly, and even though I couldnt get a beer because I forgot my wallet she made up for it with a sundae at the end of our dinner. The food was good as always, my wife loves the biscuits. We have always had good service at this location and James really made sure we had a good dinner. Thanks again

In much of the PNW, there are far better seafood restaurants from which to choose. Red Lobster is fine, when youre dining far away from the ocean. But Atlantic salmon, in Washington? It just shouldnt be done. Over-priced for the quality, although the menu selection is very good. Great service, so my complaints are with the corporate effort and the absence of locally - sourced foods.

I went in the middle of a Saturday afternoon and was surprised to find it busy. There was a short wait but nothing overly long. The food was very good, nicely done and reasonably prompt to the table, given that they had one chef in the kitchen according to my server. I have found RL to be a good value and good food even over some of the local seafood places.

Cold food. I ordered the pacific snapper and was asked if i wanted the full order which i did. At best there may have been 3 ounces of fish. I would hate to see a half order. My wife is a shrimp lover. She got the coconut shrimp. Mediocre at best. For what you get their prices are outrageous. Next time we will go to anthonys home port. No comparison.

I was really impressed with the professionalism and speedy service that my server Krista gave me today. Always had the refills out quick, never had to wait between phases (drink/app/meal/bill) and she had an excellent personality that made the whole experience great. I was glad to take my wife there for her bday. PS they do also do mil discount

It felt like our server would much rather not be working. She would bring items to our table, wed say Thank you, she would simply rudely turn and walk away. Didnt make our 10th wedding anniversary feel worth spending $$$. Let alone not wanting to leave a tip. But we did.. sad thing was they were not that busy.

Service tends to always shine here. Its average food for a Red Lobster but the updated menu options are great. Choices like brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes are refreshing options. Of course i love the garlic mashed potatoes and bread. Try the spicy chicken alfredo. I believe its called cajun alfredo. Amazing.

I went to red lobster last night with my husband because we had a gift card. I usually am not that crazy about red lobster in the first place however this experience will not be forgotten. As soon as we left he began feeling sick had diarrhea and is vomiting profusely, a day later and he is still unable to eat.
