This place is the worst. Not only is the staff rude but they are also racist. I being Caucasian I was behind a Latino family who had a take out container heaping full of chicken and rice. I ordered double chicken for my daughter and got about 1/2 of what the Latino family in front of use got. The food actually was very horrible. Tons of fat in the chicken and so oily. I will not be back. This was at the Washington square Sarku.

The staff was extremely rude. We first ordered 2 chicken teriyaki specials and had to change it when the staff thought we said bentos. The cashier working with was was arguing with us and yelling at us about it. The rest of the time they were just rude. They didnt give us a receipt when we asked for one and the food was only ok. They also charged us more than it shouldve been. I wouldnt recommend it.

I ordered the shrimp and chicken teriyaki and the shrimp wasnt fully cooked... I love shrimp and when its fully cooks you shouldnt have any clear translucent parts at all and every peice is glossy and translucent... Not okay.. if I could 0 star I would

I like their (bbq chicken) with rice. I just hope they have chopsticks or a spoon. The food is great, but the chefs and the register looks grumpy and unfriendly. I hope they look friendly next time though..
