The food is good and I eat here fairly often, but they must have a hard time finding a good cashiers. Nearly every time Ive been there lately theres been someone taking my order that either seems to be afraid of talking to people or has a weird attitude like they just hate the crap out of their job and Im taking up their time. Customer service is hard but you got to smile or be at least friendly if youre working with people like that. Luckily that problem is fixable, otherwise one of the better restaraunts in the vrc food court.

Ate at Sakkio on April 2, 2017. The service was mediocre and the food was very bland. The whole point of hibachi is showmanship which our chef did not display. There was a long wait to have order taken. However the waitress was trying to provide customer service. I would say Sakkio is over priced for the quality of the food and flavor. I will not attend this restaurant again. I ordered the "chicken hibachi".
