I am near this place and although the food is only ok. I love Chinese food. Do not ever come to this restaurant during busy hours they will sit and make you wait for something as simple as Beijing beef or coconut shrimp. Ive seriously waited at least 7 or more times when ordering Beijing beef approx 10 minutes each time. Ive. Complained and they have knocked prices down or given me items for free etc and thats why I have never said anything but today is the last time. Im so done with the mediocre food and horrible service. Customerservice wise yes they are OK but having items ready.....horrible. I guarantee this one of their more busy restaurants since its right off the exit. But damn panda...do something about it! You only continue to nothing about it because of how convenient it is for people while serving them crappy service. Fix it.

I went ordered Broccoli beef and pepper chicken just wanting A plate size with no chow main or no rice they told me that I had to have the rice or chow main otherwise it would be double the cost so I asked them to put the rice or chow mein into a separate thing because I didnt actually want it I thought that that was a waste and then when I pulled up to the front they gave me a size that was not even a scoopful of each of the chickens and then I asked if I could have a larger one and she told me a larger size would each be 7.10 my order total ended up being over $30 just because I didnt want to have rice or chow mein with my order and the lady was extremely rude and didnt listen to anything I said and had to repeat myself about seven times I have never had an awful experience here until dealing with her.

I love Panda Express, only fast food I ever ate in college. I live less than 2 miles from this Panda. Im expecting maybe a 15 minute trip, 2 minute drive all totaled with 13 left for ordering, any people in front of me, and paying for my food. Left my house 30 minutes ago, and I just ordered my food. I write this now because at this point I could care less about how theyre gonna treat me at the window, since it seems Ill be here until dinner time. Dont come here for lunch/quick service. It is not going to happen. After reading prior reviews it would seem they have hired employees that care more about getting paid and less about moving their customers through the process. I can only summarize this by saying its been an ordeal.

I used to love going here, but the past 5 or 6 times now, my meal is either wrong or they do not have something ready. Today was brown rice, steamed veggies and honey sesame chicken. I got white rice and 4 pieces of chicken, 12 peppers and 4 green beans. It should be called honey sesame yellow peppers. Last time they didnt have brown rice. The time before that no steamed veggies. Service is friendly. Food is hot. But Im tired of not getting what I ordered and the starch is getting bigger and bigger while the entree is getting smaller and smaller.

Talk about lack of customer service and professionalism. Was only greated with a "pick up isnt until 11:45". Yes I knew this and it was 11:37, no worries. But you could have greater me with a hello. Order was ready by noon. Being treated like i wasnt welcome when I was spending $135. Not to mention it was rocket science trying to ring up the catering order. Took 3 different people to figure it out. And the food to boot was crap at best. Never again will they see our companies money or anyone I know if I can help it!!

Love Panda Express in general. But when we went through this drive through before they closed they said it would be a ten min wait for the orange chicken. Ok not a big deal we waited. But when we got home the Orange chicken was burnt and rock hard. Hmm talk about terrible service. And the the girl who was taking the drive through orders has absolutely no business being in a position that requires you to even have a halfway decent attitude towards people. Safe to say we will never go to this location again.

I love Panda Express - and I dont care what my friends think. The problem with this location is speed and consistency. Sometimes I wait forever, sometimes its fast. Most time the food here isnt good, occasionally its the best of any Panda. This is one mile from my house, yet I find myself consistently driving to Wilsonville just for consistency. I gave it 3 stars because at least the staff is nicer now. 1 of 3 problems resolved. Start working on the other 2.

Its panda express, it has average chinese food you can get really quick and really cheap and it may or may not be 80% salt. Jokes aside, this place is always busy and they have a drive thru that is somewhat efficient and if you go inside they are quick and get you out of there as fast as you want. Really that is about all I can ask from a place like this and when we dont want to cook or wait a long time for restaurant food this is the place we go.

This location used to be our go to on take out night. The last few months the meals were loaded with the starchy side and the reduced size entrees had little meat and more fillers. I overheard someone come back to the register and ask them to put some meat in their entree because there was only one little piece! I think I will have to do pizza for take out night from now on.

Drive thru always messes something up. The first time i said veggie spring rolls and they gave me orange chicken. Then today I went. Asked for half chow mein half veggies for my plate. They gave me half veggies and half white rice. Gotta go inside to ensure the accuracy of your order.

Went through drive thru and they got the order wrong. Was given fried rice in place of the chow mein I ordered. Park and go in, no apology, just took the food and scraped the fried rice back into the main rice from where they serve every one. Put chow mein and handed it back to me.

Over half of options were spicey. Staff nice and fast but stingy on fortune cookies. Meat a bit dry. Fried rice and noodle sides could be made more interesting with more egg/onion,meat, etc. Nice option for quick meal. I am lookong for a more authentic place,

I am a regular at this place. Interior clean. Staff not so friendly nor proactive. Specially when two young ladies are left alone. No acknowledgment poor service. Certainly a place for a quick bite nothing else.

Not bad and good for an occasional quick lunch or light dinner. The servings sizes have been gradually shrinking since the location opened, though, so our visits are less and less frequent.
