When the store first open, the customer service was great and the workers were friendly. The food was alway ready and there would be no wait. Now since there are new workers, they lack customer service skills, always have to wait for my food to be cooked and there are long lines. If the noodles are the main dish that is paired with the meats, how is it always out?! For example, last week Emily was my server, she is always there and is the least warmest of all the workers at this location. I told her my order, she over packed it but there was so much sauce. I had pointed to her that there were some vegetables that were sticking out of my to-go container that she was holding, hoping she would tuck the food back in the container. She gave me a blank clueless look,and left my container at the counter for next cashier. Nevertheless, this cashier was nice and packed my food in the bag and I left. Got home, picked the bag up and guess what the sauce has leaked on the car seat. So thanks, Emily for not listening to me! Please listen to your customers rather than speaking in your native language and ignoring the customers!!! (P.S. some of us understand what you are saying) This is a constant pattern at this location.

Horrible business. Ive been here 3x since this place has opened and I have had to wait outrageously long to get my order everytime. Today I waited 45min while they served 5 customers that were behind me. After receiving my meals I drove back home to West Linn to find out my orange chicken tasted like soap and was dry. I am normally a person that wouldnt waste my time writing a review, but after this last experience I felt like this had to be done. I witnessed 3 people walk in and demand a refund today while was waiting and now I know why. The girl that is working the register even said to the assistant manager " Sucks we have had so many refunds today".

DO NOT EAT OR WORK HERE, THESE PEOPLE ARE NOTHING BUT RACIST,RUDE, INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE. They dont even cook their food completely and there are literally hundreds of rules they are breaking in the kitchen-One being they do not store their frozen meats and veggies at the right temperature. One of my friends used to work there (before they literally fired him for being white), said they just cut off the mold from the frozen products and cook the rest like no mold was there. they DO NOT GIVE A DAMN about others, only them selfs. I seriously hope people do not get sick from eating there, especially if they are children.

Ive Eaten At Every Panda Express In The Portland Metro And Surrounding Areas, But This Is The Best Of All Locations. The Food Is Always Hot And Fresh (Not Hot But Obviously Old) And I Can Always Smell The Food Cooking Before I Walk Into The Place, Thats Always A Good Sign. And The Employees Are Always Friendly Which Makes This My Favorite Place To Come And Have Some Good Asian Food. I Give This Place 10 Stars Simply For The Walnut Shrimp Which I Absolutely Adore, And The Chow-Mein And Broccoli Beef Which I Cant Get Enough Of. Check This Place Out.... You Wont Be Dissapointed

Had to wait 17 minutes to get my food today. Watch the server drop several cups on the floor and put them back in the stack. Then she proceeded to hand those cups out to customers. Very poor sanitary conditions. If I was a health inspector they would have been shut down today. Management should read reviews. Since November their quality and the rate of reviews has gone downhill dramatically.

Very disappointed. I came in to get dinner here on three separate occasions (within a month or so apart) and each time was around 8:45-9:00pm, they close at 9:30pm.. The first time the doors were locked with employees inside cleaning, (BEFORE 9:30pm!) so I turned around and left, disappointed

Went in at 4:30 in the afternoon, very small choices as most everything was empty. Felt rushed by workers while trying to make a choice. Very loud in the kitchen, with banging of pots and pans. Not a good experience. Food was not good at all. Will not go back under any circumstances!

Every time I go here the food is always hot and fresh. The only thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is that theyre often so busy, that you have to wait a bit longer than you might like to.
