First, I should preface this review in saying Ive been at this location about 20 times since its opening, had nothing but positive experiences and awesome food. Enter tonight. The personnel were awesome, the cheeseburger was awesome, the fries and the presumed manager were not. It started with a bite. Okay a little underwhelming, but for the sake of avoiding an unpleasant situation what does one do hoping their large fry lives up to the expectation that has kept you coming back for the past few years? You try, try, try again. The result remained consistent; The taste was bad, the texture was off (felt like the insides were uncooked soil). After about five bites, I had enough. Figured okay, maybe its not a good fry day. For the sake of simplicity, I asked to exchange what was left. I only touched on the scraps outside of the cup, and apparently the inside wasnt filled very well as Mr. Manager type was compelled to illustrate and try to tell me that I ate too many. Please. When I go to Five Guys and order my Double Cheeseburger and Large Fry, Im practically full before I even get to the cup. This experience definitely filled me up with something else though, a lot of rage and a lot of hate. When Mr. Manager type was insistent that he was denying my return and I was at a loss for words, my death-stare spoke louder and he finally obliged (Though leaving me without a receipt so Ill have my eyes on this like a hawk out of principle). We had a good ride, but I suspect itll be a while before I come back to Five Guys when I wanna eat out, much less recommend it or treat others to it the 95%+ of the time theyre solid.

These people at this location are dishonest as fu**! i was just over there and had gotten 30$ out of the bank for gas and didnt want to break it so i set it down on the counter in front of the cashier and grabbed my wallet. i had almost the exact change and with my car parked right in front of their door i asked if i could go run and get the coined change. Thats probably when they snatched my cash and when i got back it was gone. i still paid for my meal but was suspicious. i drove across the parking lot to the gas station and then came straight back to see if someone would at least be honest with me. i told them what had happened but the manager didnt seem to want to be bothered by it by replying that it might be gone. Gee assh***, what was your first clue?? i had already spent all this time looking for it and i didnt need to be patronized right then. what i needed was for hi, to check his employee or till of the register i ordered at. Another thing, while im frantically looking for my money he does not offer to help in any way or even ask to take down my information just in case it turns up. Sucked because i liked this location but if you dont want to be served by slimy dishonest people like this then DONT GO TO THIS FIVE GUYS!

I would like to start by saying my family and I normally love 5 guys with the great burgers at a great price and very good quality control. This one however was terribly, the burger was both pink and burnt, the fries where stale, they forgot half the toppings on my burger and the lady at the counter was just rude. Oh and I should mention one of the workers was babysitting and cleaning the place the whole time we where there. All in all avoid this location, there are plenty of amazing locations for 5 guys and the chain as a whole retains 5 stars in my book, but this location needs new management to fix the obvious quality control issues.

The service was fantastic, the milkshakes and the rest of the food were perfect... the fries were so salty we couldnt eat them. You literally couldnt taste potato under all the salt. It was uncomfortable to eat. That being said, we have eaten there many times where the fries were perfect. It was heartbreaking when we got home with out take out and the fries were that way, when they are usually amazing. I recommend it anyway, but I will be checking my fries before I leave with my food from now on.

Best way to describe this place is YUMMMMMMMMY. If you need your cholesterol raised a few points then here is a great place to start. Their burgers are fresh and thick, not like the Mc Ds version. Plenty of options to build your perfect burger. The portion of home style fries is awsome as well. Its a little spendy, but you get what you pay for as far as Im concerned. Go in and make sure you have a bib and plenty of napkins on hand. :)

Five guys is pretty good food!! The amount of fries they give you is insane, its enough to feed a family of 4! The burgers are really fresh and juicy and have great taste especially since you can build your own the way you want it! My BIGGEST dislike is the price I spend $22 for just myself and my fiancée thats restaurant prices which isnt a good deal to me so five guys is a once a month or once in a while place to go!!

I called in an order so that I could just drop by and pick it up. When I arrived and paid they werent busy at all, and seemed kind. I ended up waiting around 25-30 minutes in the lobby as they gave out orders that had been placed after mine. Turns out my order was in a bag and shoved in the corner, obviously forgotten. They didnt even offer to make a new one. Food is good, but this was by far worst service Ive had.

Fast, efficient service with friendly staff and tasty food. Love the roasted peanuts to whet your appetite for your meal! Great selection for burgers, hot dogs and shakes too. The fries here are fresh natural cut but they make them CRISPY not limp!! KUDOS!! Only one complaint, the music was too loud since it resonates within the restaurant...other than that, PERFECT!

How disappointed I was to eat at your 82 Abe location My husband and I took my aunt their for lunch today. All three of our hamburgers were cold and the fries were cold also. We spoke to a manager I think And told him he just laughed and walked away. We will never go to any of your locations again W

Got home with two Burgers. The one for my wife was completely missing the meat. WTH???? Who forgets the burger in a burger? I called the Manager he said the kept a note. 4 days later, they cant help me??? And the 16 year old at the counter looked at me like I was trying to get free food. What a joke.

VERY,VERY EXPENSIVE!! Its just beef andcheese on a bun, nothing gourmet about this place for it to cost 25.00 for 4 burgers and 2 fries!! And the fries were so greasy it soaked through the paper bag they were in. Yuck! I give it a 3 because the burger was good but not at that price.

Went here for the first time today. Massive food for good prices. The burger was to die for and very good size, when they say large fry... they mean its a bucket load, and there fresh and delicious! Great first experience! Ill definatly be coming back. :)
