My husband and I came into your restaurant last night and we will not be back. The service was ok the food was not impressive. I had your special the steak and shrimp with moonshine sauce and Crispy french fries, the problem with my meal is that 1. the fries were old, there is a taste when french fries have when they have been sitting for a while. 2. My steak was cooked perfect however it was lukewarm in parts it was cool . 3. When I ordered my meal I asked if there was a steak and salad dinner and what I was told was a steak dinner with a side salad thats not what I was after thats okay , didnt like that choice thats why I choose the special. So I was under the impression I was getting steak and shrimp and fries and a waiter tried to serve me a salad dried what? So right there I was confused the waitress came back AT me said this is your salad that goes with the meal when originally she said I get one side with my meal I am confused because that salad made it two side. 4. My husband ordered the trio combo special , chicken -dried, ribs-boiled , shrimp wrapped in thin bacon which was coming off the shrimp and taste like honey. Then hubby wanted coffee they served him old coffee warmed AGAIN OLD or something not right with that , he drank that and it took at least 10-15mins for a waitress to refill his coffee we tested the waters when someone came by our table the waitress said she will make fresh coffee, so 10-15mins later after that last visit a waitress came by our table and when she came to refill his lukewarm coffee now cold as ice with new coffee I asked her to please pour out the now cold old coffee with new coffee and she made a funny face and followed through with what I asked for. Thank her for that . The manager knew there was a probably with our french fries came to our table with fresh new fries our meal was almost done and stated the cooks saw our order and didnt realized we wanted extra crispy fries not old ones and use some poor excuse and said they will comp our desert. I think the food want not good , it was lukewarm - to cold food. We will not be back. If your restaurant is out to making good food , my advice it show the love in the food and to use fresh ingredients and when you state wood fire BBQ you could at least grill the ribs to show grill marks. We are not picky people but we do love food and we even used a $50.00 gift card and our bill was $42.98 and we gave the rest to the waitress for a tip , we are giving people but something is wrong with the way the food is cook , we were thinking hot , fresh , vibrant food with a twist cause the special was supposed to be make with moonshine which is a strong alcohol. In this case I was very unsatisfied. This was a special night for me and my husband a very special night and I dont feel it was. :(

Hi folks my name is Joe and I go around trying out new places and post their reviews on here. This weekend it was me and the crew enjoying a day out here at the Keizer Outback. We all decided to do dinner at 7 while the sun was still out. Now I gotta say the bread is amazing even though the butter is plain tasting. We started of with their famous onion appetizer which I dont recommend. It was like eating little pieces of oil cooked burnt crust with a hint of onion some where in there. Very gross needless to say. The waitress was amazing. We placed all 4 orders and waited on them. 20-30min go by and we receive our meals. Now 1 out of 4 meals was accurate and here goes their rating. 1 aged hamburger with fries was said to be great and they did well on it. Second plate was the center cut cooked rare with a baked potatoe and salad. Now this one received shrimp which wasnt asked for and its a good thing they werent allergic to shell fish. What got me is they laughed it off and said it was free then didnt ask to remove it or if they want a new plate just in case she is allergic. I make a big deal out of it why? I have gone on dinner adventures with people who are highly allergic to shell fish it cant even be on the same plate. So they hand it off to my son since he loves shrimp. Back to the steak, it was over cooked and no blood or juices it was done medium well. Third plate was another center cut well done yes my son should of just had a chicken. But his steak was good and he said the baked potatoe was ok. They forgot to bring his side order of mac and cheese. Then he sat there and finished dinner when everyone else was done and almost ready to go. Last was my plate which I ordered their famous Victoria minigon fillet cut. I asked for it to be medium rare. I like each side just siered and the cow still mooing. I got their stacked potatoes and cheese broccoli. Thats not what I got I received a medium well steak and barely covered broccoli sticks. Food was salty and potatoes were on the cold side. Brocolli barely had any cheese on it and when I did scrap for cheese it was very salty. I finally got my corrected steak only to be told its the lighting out there. No its not the lighting and I pointed out the steaks to the manager and said take these plates back. He said keep them and eat them. No ill eat what I asked for but ill give the food I didnt want to someone homeless then. The manager agreed the steaks werent done right and apologized. That my friends is the end of my experience going there for a while. I felt like I was at a over priced Applebees restaurant. No comp or anything for their many mistakes which is ok but I am sure there is someone who would roast that management if they got a chance. Thanks for reading and enjoy your meals Joe Brinsfield

should be a zero. Came in with a group for my sisters birthday, I ordered a drink when I arrived and waited 10 minutes to find out they were out of mint so as I proceeded to order a new drink the server walked away, I waited another 10 minutes to order again, this time the drink I ordered arrived promptly. We all ordered our food and waited approx. 35 min for our food, one person in our group had ordered the pasta with only veggies, but when he entrée arrived it had chicken on It, we were told we wouldnt be charged for the chicken since it was a few dollars more (yet they ended up charging us anyway). Another persons pasta came and it was cold, not to mention the salad came after the main course which is weird?! They took the pasta back but it didnt come back until everyone was done with their meals. I had placed a to-go order in that wasnt sent in until late because the server was never around to take it, not once did she ask us how our meals were or asked if we needed/wanted any refills. she was always standing in the back staring into space or talking with other workers. when the check came mine was separate from others. I gave her my card in the bi-fold that was given to me and she went to run the card. after returning my card I looked at my receipt and it was charged for more than my bill was. when I brought this to her attention she never said she was sorry and grabbed it back out of my hand and ran off. instead of voiding the transaction she then charged my card again for the correct amount, so now I had 2 pending charges on my account. When I brought this to a managers attention he handed us a free appetizer coupon with a purchase of an entrée. but wait... it gets better. after all of this and no apology from our server I felt no need to leave a tip I felt there was more she could have done and treated our table better especially since she knew a couple people at the table. When I got home one of the group members contacted me telling me that she had posted my receipt with the card info online bashing me for not tipping her. I contacted the manager on staff (same one who tried to help before) he assured me he would take care of it. I asked to have a district manager or franchise owner contact me and he also assured me someone would contact me. its been a week and not a single person has been in contact with me.
