Let me just start by saying ive never had a problem with any other panda express locations until i visited this one today. It was PACKED i waited 30 minutes in line and then another 15 for my food to be cooked BUT that isnt really the problem every business gets short staffed sometimes. My problem had more to do with the fact that i found HAIR (beard) in my rice in both of the dishes when i got home. Yes they said they will give me new dishes if i came back in but there was no way at 9:15 i was going all the way back out there. ALSO womens bathroom was trashed and dirty.

Panda Express is one of my all-time favorite places to eat. I have been to five locations and this one is definitely the best. This Panda Express has consistently had food that is fresh and available. They are generous servings so you get your moneys worth. The staff have always been great whenever I stop by. Very friendly. Sometimes they even walk by with a tray after Im seated and eating asking if I need any napkins, sauce, or fortune cookies. I feel that this Panda Express is working hard to impress and they definitely succeed.

Order a simple order or teriyaki chicken and they didnt get my order right. Came home to just chicken and noodle, not teriyaki chicken with noodles. I called and told them the mishap with my order and all she said is "we will pay more attention to not make a mistake again" and apologized I asked what they could do and she kept saying sorry and it wont happen again. And apology isnt worth paying $8 for an order they messed up. Wouldnt go there ever again and not happy with their customer service.

Consistently two or more or more entries not ready at lunch. Today 4 or more entries not ready or very low. Also two cooks one server doing the serving and cashiering wait time was 12 minutes today. 5/20/17 6 entres missing from the warming table, floor dirty, half of the vacant tables dirty. At 12:15 one cook on lunch and no cooks in the kitchen, one server on lunch as well.

We there at 4 30 today ordered lg chow mein and med sweet and sour chicken and had to wait for chow mein then when tbey got some filled several people after us and we had to wait for another chow mein to be made we told the girl and she said nothing to us very very bad customer service will not go back to that location and will tell our family and friends

Worst service ever! They never have anything ready and lie about how long it will take. Worse than that God forbid you ask about the status ten minutes after your told it would be ready. They get downright rude and nasty. I will never go to this location again under any circumstance. Save yourself a horrible experience and avoid at all cost!

15 minutes to wait for chow mein while the rest of our food sat getting cold on the counter - how long does it take for the line monkeys to cook some noodles...? And when it is ready, two items were missing. A fire drill in a lunatic asylum is more organised!

Hard to go wrong with Panda Express. Fresh Chinese food, served quickly. The down side seems to be their takeout. Two different occasions with not too large of an order (5 combos) we came home missing items.
