First and foremost, Id like to say that I am rarely the type of person to complain. However, the horrendous incident that took place at the Panda Express drive through we visited on Sunday, July 30th needs to be addressed. My family and (my wife and two young daughters) had just returned from a day trip to the Oregon coast. Upon getting back into town, the kids were complaining they were hungry (one of them is 5 years old, the other is 2 years old). We asked them if they wanted Panda Express or Burger King (since both are on the way home) and they said Panda Express. We decided that it would be faster (and easier) to go through the drive -thru. We placed our order and proceeded to wait. There were 3 other cars in front of us, but I figure it would move quickly. We waited (and Im not exaggerating this) 12 minutes just to get to the window. By that point our kids were freaking out over how hungry they were and how badly they wanted to eat. The employee at the drive-thru window told us that they were making more orange chicken, and it was going to take another 5 or 6 minutes at least. Id had it at that point. We had already waited 12 minutes, so now hes telling me weve got to wait even longer? I told him that I think that because weve waited so long, we should at least get the meal for free. He told me that he cant do that, and I told him that clearly he doesnt understand anything about customer service. I told him to cancel our order and we drove off (we ended up going to Burger King across the street). So lets think about this... It took 12 minutes to get up to the drive-thru window. What happens when it takes a long time to make someones order at any other fast food place (i.e. McDonalds)? The person at the window tells you to drive through and park out front, and that theyll bring you the food as soon as its ready. The ENTIRE POINT of a drive-thru is to have speedy service. Hell, once upon a time when I was 16 and just started working, my first job was at Burger King. Do you know what our manager was always, always, always telling us? That the maximum drive-thru time should be 1 minute. If it takes longer than that, youre not doing your job right. We were schooled on that all the time, every single day. If the food took longer to make, you told them to pull around up front an wait. You would bring them their food when it was ready, not hold up the drive-thru line. Clearly Panda Express knows nothing about this. The fact that we had to wait for this long with screaming kids in the car is unacceptable. At that point, any other fast food place would have told you the food was free (and I know, because its happened before at other places). This rude employee didnt even bother to compensate us in any way whatsoever. Needless to say, we will not be back to Panda Express after this experience. Thats the honest truth. Read the other reviews on this place and youll see that their is a trend with extremely bad customer service.

Paid extra for special menu items that were not in the meals. Crab Rangoon was so old it was mushy. dumped out their ice tea over 4 hours before closing..... SO its just a lunch thing.... this location it ass backwards. noodles were mixed old and fresh....had to pick some out. cant get orders right on multiple meals, forgot minimum items on large plate, start closing 4 hours before they close, mix old and new food, dont do enough quality control on food sitting in the heating station for who knows how long. Can safely say I will avoid this location and the crappy service.

Went threw the drive thru. Jessica was very rude and had an aditude the entire time. She heard my order wrong. Gave me the wrong food as i went threw again to get the right food. She continued to be rude and have an aditude even after the manager came over to fix the problem. She did not apologize or offer anything for the trouble to the point her manager snapped at her. Manager was nice. Handled it. But offered nothing for the trouble. Food is ok. But not worth the headache.

Good food but terrible customer service. My cousin and I went to Panda Express with her debit card and went through and got food but as we approached the end the lady working there said that my cousin couldnt get food unless she had ID but my cousin is still in school and has no ID due to it being the beginning of the year. The lady then said in a rude condescending tone that "Oh well you can leave now, and we will just put back your food!".

Food was ok. Bought some of the shrimp and they had to make it. The lady said she would bring it out to us and inatead went on break. She gave us attitude, one employee watched us the whole meal, didnt treat us like the other people dining, and their floor was soaking wet with soap. They didnt have a wet floor sign anywhere in site. We almost slipped in it. Their kitchen floor was also drenched in soapy water.

The food is always good at panda express and I found my experience to be good. When you walk in you instantly see and hear the employees cooking up something good and you are greeted with a smile. only problem I had was that when I got to this panda express they seemed to be low or out of a good amount of there food but it could just be because of the time I got there.

Ordered orange chicken, they didnt have any so I had to wait. 15 minutes later they finally started making it! The food is just as good as anywhere else so they get 3 stars for that, but they didnt give me any napkins or forks, took FOREVER to make the orange chicken (why wasnt this started before they ran out???), And everyone seemed stressed and it showed.

Always waiting. Guys cmon. I roll up during the slowest lunch rush Ive ever seen at 11:35am (1 person total eating ). I stand around like a fool while two separate staff say "well be right with you". This is a repeat of my girlfriends experience last month where she left out of frustration after 15mins of wanting.

Good food, but very bad service. Why is it that every single time I drive through either 1) sauces are missing in my order, or 2) menu items are just not available. And do NOT come here within about an hour and a half of closing, because thats when the food runs out (or they just choose to stop making it).

Every time I have gone threw drive threw its taken FOREVER to get my food. Most every time i dont get a fork and or my order is WRONG. Not only that they tack on extra $s for items that are listed as reg items. Im done with Panda in west.

Today was the second time part of my order was left out of the bag, and the second time no apology was given when I drove all the way back to the store to retrieve my item. Managment needs to give training in basic customer service.

Dont go to this place during the last hour. They wont have anything left and they send you with scraps. I even had an item left out after paying for it. Overall, the chain is average, but at times the service isnt.
