As of 5/22/2015, Panda Express in Valley River Center said that they are "losing" money and can no longer allow mall employees a discount on drinks. Pretty lame if you ask me. The lines they draw are insane, employees are rude..minus the girl that works msot days, shes always polite. Guess they arent getting anymore business from our shop.

Customer service was OK and fast which is good. The food however is not good. The greasy chicken taste nasty. Maybe like they havent changed the fryer oil In 4 months. First time coming here and definitely the last. The breaded chicken is barely even covered with sauce. Disgusting after taste from this greasy food. Yuck!!

Standard Panda, I eat here pretty frequently since its the closest location to me. Only a 2/5 because I found someones long hair in my food. I understand how that happens with the food sitting out like that, but thats a huge NO for me. :/

Horrible snobby service, food has gotten so bad over the years.. Used to be my favorite place but peoples bad attitudes and poor customer service really turned me off.
