My husband and I ordered 2 hot subs to share; a Firehouse Hero and a Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket… We will return. Both sandwiches were very tasty, the rolls were so tender, so fresh… so delicious! Very casual, very friendly (the staff greets you as you enter)… The service couldn’t be better (even in a fancy restaurant), the owner stopped by our table to make sure everything was wonderful… and it was. If you’re in the mood for a great sub sandwich, I would recommend this Firehouse Subs.

I liked the service. Very friendly and fast. The sandwiches? Very disappointing. Mushy and soggy. No real taste distinction between meats its all just mush. The bread isnt baked fresh just pulled out of a bag. Its my 1st and last time here. I will stick with Sandwich Express. Huge sandwiches and fresh baked bread. Great flavor and much better meat quality and better prices.

Wow very rude customer service over the phone I called twice and asked them what kind of sandwiches that they have or if they have a ball tip sandwich or roast beef or steak they hung up on me twice and the third time I called back they wouldnt even answer the phone time is 8:05 p.m. June 16th Sunday again very rude customer service

Ive never eaten here. I do know this though. I went to walk in and got body checked by a really upset woman on her way out. She was a staff member. so I adjusted my course and left. had a nice bruise on my side and shoulder. I think I need a bouncer to visit. Hopefully, I will get to try the food. I hear its amazing!

The owner (I believe he was the owner, or possibly a manager) was great. I dont recall her name, but the short Asian girl who took my order was fantastic and extremely friendly. We also had some friendly banter (not in the annoying way either) while I was eating there. Definitely A+

Once I start thinking about firehouse I cant say no! Its so good! I love the "hook and ladder light" 450 calories and so so tasty! My husband loves a bigger sandwich but he switches it up and loves to try them all. We get it to go and were never disappointed

Love eating here. Its a bit expensive for a sub shop, but the quality is definitely worth it. Edit: Just had another example of great service. Amazing, friendly staff that went out if their way to make my sandwich. Love it when I can make it here to eat.

My wife and I have searched for a great sub shop since we moved to Salem 9 years ago. This place is great. The subs are a solid 10 and the staff is efficient and friendly. This will be a new staple for us.

Decent price, fresh bread and meat, quite a few extras to go in the hot or cold sandwiches (I wish they had spinach), fair portions, good staff, clean and some of the money goes towards public safety services.
