Where to start... this was the SECOND time I went thru the drive-thru and had to wait 20 min for my food!!!! Needless to say, I will NEVER GO BACK!!! When I ordered, they said the orange chicken would be 5-12 min, and I said Id wait. When I got to the window, after i paid, they said the fried rice wasnt ready. I asked how much longer AND explained that last time they said that it took 20 min to get my food AND I had to go inside to get it, defeating the point of using drive-thru! She told me 5 min. So I parked along with another car that was 1 car behind me. After 7 min the lady who parked next to me (who was pregnant AND had a small child with her) and I both went inside to see what was going on. She got her food before me and then I was informed that they gave my order to someone else by mistake! So now I had to wait a little bit while they repackaged my order. Well, after a few more minutes they informed me that it would be 5 more min because they were out of cream cheese ragoons. So, EVERY ITEM I ORDERED WAS NOT READY!!! Finally when I got my order, a little after 20 min, we had to rush home so my sisters boyfriend wouldnt be late for work and he didnt have time to eat. All I got was a "sorry for that..." from one employee while 3 of them huddled by the drive-thru window talking among themselves. They gave me a coupon that expired TWO YEARS AGO! And my ragoons that werent ready, well they were burned to a crisp! This is beyond unexceptable!!! And am so dissapointed in every aspect; wait time, customer service, food quality, etc! As I said before, ILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!

First of all I order 2 bigger plates and my friend 1 bigger plate to go. And she said there would be a 5 minute wait on the sweet and fire chicken. So I said oh 5 minutes in fine. Then the 5 minutes turns into almost 25 minutes because once the sweet and fire was done which took more like 10-15minutes then they were out of teriyaki... which why would she even take all my other food our of the container... if she was worried about it getting cold why didnt she take everything out of my other plate she left sitting there to get cold... which btw it did get cold since I had to wait 25 minutes not to mention when it came out she served up new customers before me who was standing there waiting for 25 minutes. Also Girl working was completely stuck up and rude.

Not very busy when I came in. I was by myself and knew exactly what I wanted the moment I was asked. After I ordered, the server set my food down behind the counter and began to serve another customer. This other customer had a 3 year old child and was attempting to solicit input from said child in regards to their order. Needless to say this process was not speedy. I indicated to the server that I did not wish to wait until the end of their ordeal to pay for and begin enjoying my food. She simply looked at me and shrugged...no attempt to address me or ask someone to check me out, just a shrug. So I left without my dinner and shall not return. Clearly, customer service is not a priority of the management at this location....go elsewhere.

I ordered a bigger plate. Chow mein with orange chicken, Beijing beef, and sweetfire chicken. That is not what I got in my order. When she handed through the window after checking the food visually too far away for me to tell what was in it, it was all in a bag. I couldnt check it all in the drivethrough. We go home with our food. I open the box. There is about a quarter box of chow mein, 3 pieces of orange chicken, and NO BEIJUNG BEEF!!! I open the third entree and it is there thankfully, but even with it in the box it didnt fill up the food box. Horrible service. This is a disgrace to the franchise. Do not eat at this location.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible....did I mention Horrible? Horrible service! On more occassions then I care to recall, the individual working at the drive thru has been EXTREMELY RUDE. At first I thought maybe shes having a bad week but now I realize her rudeness is embedded in her soul! I asked to speak to the manager, but I was told the manager would be gone for the next two weeks. The way this place is run, I seriously doubt a manager even exists! Some individuals should not be employed in the food service industry! Dont waste your time, or HARD EARNED money on this abyss of negativity.

Just stopped in for dinner and was sitting watching the employees dishing up food for a drive through order (there wasnt any walk-ins in line at the time watching) and I watched a guy with a head set knock the spoon to the honey walnut shrimp (that I was currently eating at the time) onto the floor. He finishes up and leaves and a girl with a red bow in her her walks over, picks the spoon up off the floor and put it right back into the bowl! Nasty! Lost my appetite after that!!

One of the employees there was super slow and had served my friend and I different plates from the other customers. The rest of the employees there were awesome and apologized for their coworker who seemed to not like us. That one employee even went out of her way to serve other customers that came in after us forks and napkins. Idk what my friend and I did to receive poor customer service from her. Other than that... food was good.

Probably worst serves I have ever seen. Opened almost a whole hour late, and people Where rude. Clearly they did not care if the customers ate or left. They seemed to be on there own time. After half an hour of this horrible wait for them just to prepare the food after their workers finally started to work we left. Dont recommend for anyone to stop by this one.

While waiting to get our entrees, our plates were left sitting for at least five minutes because the servers were too busy taking care of the drive thru orders. I requested a fresh plate and the gal looked at me like I was speaking chinese I said my plates been sitting there for 10 minutes now, so I want you to gove mw fresh food. I was never so disgusted

My mom brought me dinner from this location and they spilled the soda and food all over her at the drive threw window. Instead of apologizing they just proceeded to rush. The disrespect from this restaurant is unbelievable and it breaks my heart to see this kind of rudeness happen especially to someone as nice as my mom.

Normally this is one of my mine and my wifes favorite places to eat. But tonight their portions were less than half of what they normally would give. We went through the drive through and didnt stop to check this error, or else I might have said something. Needless to say we are very displeased. Hope they fix this.
