I came in at this joint today for lunch to watch the world cup. The place was packed. I was told I should get seated by the wall with one small table leaning up against the wall, and I did. When a table had opened a few feet away, I sat myself down. I asked the server Brandon at that time if he would be my server. He seemed unhappy with me sitting down since I was the only one paying customer sitting down. He was rude and unpleasant. He lectured me and told me that table was for registered guests and flat out refused to serve me. He was repugnant and very immature with lacking respect. Unpleasant words were exchanged because of his bad attitude. If that wasnt bad enough, he made a scene by demanding out loud where everyone could hear him-- that I can leave whenever I want. During the World Cup game of US vs. BELGIUM. He acted as if he was the owner of the place. Shame on him. Anyway, that was a very bad, horrible experience for me. I never knew it would happened at joint like this. Or, for any customer for that matter. For a server like Brandon to yell like a little child because he was having a flat out a very bad day (he admitted this to me), was just bad, appalling and plain unacceptable. I sat back down to my original table vs the wall. Ironically, he ended up being my server and serving me. He apologized multiple times for him being a "jackass." One star for a terrible, immature server who cant handle pressure when the place is packed. If he was on the street, he might as well be picking up his own teeth because...so I had to refrain, since theres power in calmness and tolerance in a public setting like this. Whats management going to do with hiring immature servers like Brandon??

This was my shitty food visit below --------- Bumped rating down additional star to a 1 and will never visit this store again. Ill go to the one on TV highway near Fred Meyer instead. Went in last night and the chicken was dry and not up to par with my last 10 visits. Now, Im only comparing the experience with past experiences at same place. Such a disappointment, will not be visiting this store again. Serving old chicken that has sat or been over cooked is unacceptable for the price. At $20+ I expect some pretty damn good chicken. This was my good food but crazy customer visit below --------------- original review but made room above for recent visit Last visit I was here a man had smashed several glasses on the table and even smashed his hand into the glass and bleed all over the place and the staff barely lifted a finger to remove him from the bar. Also didnt even clean up the blood that was left all over the chairs, floor and tables. Instead asked me in a rude tone to watch the blood on the floor while they all walked around it. WTF!!! Put your stuff down ppl and clean up the blood before you carry on with business. Also, consider hiring some people that take action in situations like this next time a customer goes crazy. Also, consider allowing responsible citizens to carry their concealed weapons into your establishment as your employees will likely just hide in the back room if someone ever decides to start killing people. Then again what difference would it make to you, your likely in a comfy office safe and sound with security at your building door.

Went there for the Monday Night game. Packed. Loud. Took forever to get seated. No biggie - these were all expected. When we sat it took server about 10 minutes to get our water order and our order for an appetizer. Came back with waters and took our food order. Watched the food runner take our food to the table next to us, then take the food back when she realized she made a mistake and run to the kitchen with the food. Then brought our food out. Food was barely warm. Did not bring one of our entrees or the appetizer. After we were done with our food that we got we asked about our other food. Server said "what other food?" We told her. She said "I dont know what happened...oh yes I do, it got put on another check." How is that possible when what was forgotten was ordered at different times? She re-took that order and brought it to us. The when she brought our check we told her how disappointed we were and she was like "sorreeeeeeeeeeey." The she told us it was her third day on the job. Food was average bar food. There were only 4 flatscreens which had fishing on them. The rest of the TVs were super old and small. Yeah they had bigscreens, but projectors are fuzzy. They are selling it as some type of cool sports bar. Nothing cool about it.

This location is by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I ever visited. To start off, service is very poor from 10pm to close. If you get the skinny brunette chick with clown makeup, expect horrible service. We ordered drinks and watch them sit at waitress pickup area of the bar for 15 to 20 minutes as the waitress was busy socializing with her friends at another table. We had to go to the bar to order drinks and water several times before she appeared at our table. As soon as we receive our food, two of my colleagues asked for spicy garlic five times to two different waitresses. After the sixth time and nearly finished with our food, the waitress finally brought out the sauce. One of my colleagues asked for another drink and never received it. Next, stay away from the burgers. Although its a wings restaurant, several wanted to try their burgers. For $10, you get a burnt dry hamburger patty about the size of a McDonalds hamburger. The bratwurst on the Bratsburger was about the size of hotdog cut in half. Overall, I would not eat here again or recommend this location to my friends or colleagues.

I would rate this restaurant a 5 Star because the first half a dozen times I went their the ribs were excellent. I dont know maybe they got a new cook b/c the last couple times I went my favorite wings werent not. The place is always crowded on big sport nights, but thats whats fun about about it. Blazer games always have cheering crowds and they always have the volume up on the TV. I think the service is good, it does take a while to get a table but I go there to watch a game so I dont mind just staring at the tv while I wait. Tues and Thurs nights are half price wing night. Bone on Tues. and less on Thurs. but I was a little suprised recently they serve you the 1/2 price wings a la cart w/o their usual cerelry and dipping sause. YEAH they charge you for ranch dipping sauce. But overall I love this place. Theres always something to do (with the electronic game they give out for free where you compete with other people at the restaurant) and is a great place to watch a game.
