I went to this restaurant as I have enjoyed Love, Love teriyaki and my spouse had mouth surgery with stitches in the mouth. I asked Rachel (the manager) if the chicken would be soft enough to eat and she said yes. I ordered yaki soba chicken and when I got home the order was completely wrong it was with beef. We do not order anything that is beef in a restaurant. The Manager was very rude when I called back she did not offer me to come back and exchange the food or offer to give me my money back. She argued with me and swore that she repeated the order back to me and that I was wrong. I have been here a time before and they screwed up the order and because of the timing my daughter had to go hungry because they would have to make it and she ran out of time. When she asked for her money back they proceeded to argue with her. The customer service here is not about the customer its about the money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Rude staff! After standing at the door for a few minutes waiting to be acknowledged we were finally yelled at to come up to the open register. Mind you its 3 pm and dead, still never received a "hello" or an "ill be with you in a minute". We ended up sitting a dirty table that we wiped off ourselves and when we asked for silverware we were treated like a huge inconvenience, to the point where our 2 boys asked if they were mad at us. Everyone has off days but the whole crew at Keizer Love Love was sending off some bad vibes today. Awful staff mixed with with cold food. We wont be returning. We will stick with Albany Love Love.

Had lunch at the Keizer Station location today. My husband and I both ordered the Spicy Love salad. Both salads came out and the chicken was literally cold and had no spicy sauce on it. My husband took them back and the girl at the counter argued that they did have spicy sauce and took the salads to redo. Once again they came out and the chicken was barely warm. It appeared cooked but hope there isnt a food safety issue here. We usually go to the one off Broadway street and like that one a lot, but its not open on weekends. This was the worst service and meal we have had.

The food is good but dont go in expecting the food to be prepared the same as it is at the love love next to target on center st. If possible I recommend going to that location. I would also choose panda express over love love 2 since they are both in the keizer station. The chicken did seem to be cooked well ahead of time and not warmed much when added to the dish. Its worth mentioning as other people have said they exclusively play Christian radio over the speakers at a high volume which is not advertisement free.

Love me my Love Love Teriyaki! This place has the same prices youd find at any Chinese takeout, for example, but the atmosphere is much much better. It is really classy inside, but still comfortable. The food has been very consistent. Always satisfied with the quality. There always seems to be a small line, so apparently lots of people like this place. Friendly service. Ive eaten here many many times, so I think I have a pretty good idea of what you can expect, and youll like it.

The chicken and rice were cold when it came out. The salad consisted of only cabbage.. no carrots or any other veggies. The teriyaki sauce was mediocre. When the waitress delivered our hot tea and tea cups, she didnt hold the bottom of the cup, she held them with one finger INSIDE the cup. Not impressed.. they also had gospel music blasting which was awkward. One a good note, the decorations were nice.

Went in for a lunch to-go order. Very nice restaurant. When I got the food, it was luke warm at best. A nice young man behind the counter asked if I wanted some Teriyaki sauce. I got a very small amount and what I did get was watered down. Will most likely be paying a little more and frequenting the Panda Express. Sad - such possibilities.

Someone once said dont trust food that comes in a tray.. so my experience was NOT good, the sauce for Orange chicken and teriyaki was so over powering.. the salad quality was weak ass, im.sure homeless can find better salad in a trash can..the sticky rice was cold and the other meats were luke warm #ChefBrianDivaCox

My daughter rarely eats meat. She was eyeing a customers checken plate. The staff noticed and threw in a free chicken. I will be back! My friend loves u r sesame cabbage salad as do i.. but Im into ur sauces and pop and excellent location and lighting! One of the best restaurants after sushi town in keizer!

Best Teriyaki I have ever eaten. I have been going there for the last 15 yrs. In that amount of time quality has stayed the same, and the price affordable. Love love beats any sit down chain restraint in quality, taste and price.

Smiles go a long way. And eye contact. I get it, you guys are busy. But acknowledging a persons existence is just common courtesy and part of any customer service position, and takes literally no time at all. Great food though.

Good food, but they usually underestimate how long it takes to prepare your carry out order by at least ten minutes. Also they play Jesusy music, if thats your thing.

I ordered a spicy chicken plate and it wasnt spicy at all. I will probably never go back there. If you want spicy chicken you should go to Love Loves on Lancaster.
