Service was very poor. When my wife and I got to the restaurant, there was a sign that said please wait to be seated. We stood around for about 10 minutes waiting for a hostess to even greet us or acknowledge that we wanted to be seated. A few of the waiters and even sushi chef saw us but just ignored us. After being seated, menu and even water took about another 5-10 minutes to arrive. Food was just okay, nothing great. There was another couple in the restaurant that was seated before us and they left a few minutes after getting their meal. Seems like their food was undercooked or they were unsatisfied. When we were done with our meal, we paid the bill and even left a tip. We left once again without acknowledgement or even a thank you. There were 3 waiters just standing around. Restaurant really needs new management on teaching the staff better customer service. We will definitely not be coming back to this restaurant.

Had been a few times before (worked near there) so tried it out for lunch again last week. Food was OK. Service was horrible. We had to wait for a few minutes to get seated (we were holding a baby so that was extra aggravating). No one seemed to be in a rush to help us. Our server was ok but not very attentive. The sushi chefs (two males) were busy talking to each other about their personal lives and were also chatting up the servers (all females) about what they were doing this coming weekend, etc. When we left, no one thanked us and the sushi chefs saw us go but didnt offer a word, just heads down in their sushi and personal lives. Food wise we got bento lunch boxes which were find value for the money. Theyve lost a customer.

Place is terrible. Really poor service. Called ahead because we had a party and asked if they honor bottomless mimosas as advertised for large parties. They said of course. Made reservations. After we ordered and had a glass or so each, they claimed they rain out of mimosa and would give us a small discount. 15 minutes later they were serving new customers mimosas.... When we asked they said they were only serving new customers and offered bottomless sake instead... What a joke. Food was no good, took way more time than it should for large parties to arrive. Didnt expect much coming in, so I was surprised how bad it really was. Oh well. Lesson learned.

My husband and I have been here twice for lunch, and will be coming back for more as often as we can afford. Their lunch menu is very diverse and the prices are definitely reasonable, especially when you see the portion sizes. Their special rolls are all beautiful and HUGE! Everything tastes fantastic, and comes out plated beautifully. I can only recommend they get larger water glasses, since it can be inconvenient to run out of drinking water when youre eating a spicy roll. The seaweed salad was good, and so far all the food Ive tasted from them has been fabulous.

Great, really, tasty food, but really lacked in service. We had the california roll with real crab, lobster tail roll, fire (something) roll, chicken and salmon katsu. Which were all delicious! Compliments to the chef(s)!! In terms of service, We had to keep raising our hands to get the staffs attention to get us basics like water and condoments (soy sauce?). The music also didnt feel appropriate... techno / dance music is not pleasant to have in the background while you dine, it just isnt. Ill go back one day for the food!

Yuck. The quality of the preparation here leaves a lot to be desire. The quality of the ingredients is ok. But what arrives at your table is often ugly and unappetizing. This place used to be much better - something tragic must have happened to the management.

It is all right. We ordered the things off the lunch menu. Nothing impressive, nothing that bad either. Services good. The waitress gave us some edamame for our long-wait for our orders.

Terrible... just terrible. Sushi rice is bland and stale. Fish isnt very fresh. And whats with the big wad of wasabi? So unprofessional. And the spicy rolls are horrible. Do not come here.
