I never give a one star review but my last visit there will be one first and last. They got my order wrong. And so me and my fiance go back to have them correct my order and never have I been treated with so much disrespect. Ive been in the food industry for almost ten years and I know what its like to have a rush of customers and the untrained staff were breaking so many health code regulations I no longer felt safe to eat there. Food that had already left with the customer and they had brought back had gone right back into the food prep station with all the rest of the food that was being served to new customers. When I called to speak to a manager a bratty teen refused to let me speak to one so I then found it necessary to enter the building to speak to who ever had such poor customer service to hang up on a high paying customer but needless to say the staff had no back bone to stand up and admit when they are wrong. So I request to speak to who ever is in charge and even the person in charge had no idea how many violations they were preforming which I proceeded to inform her of the three other violations her and her staff were preforming. Needless to say it was like talking to a wall and nothing was handled or taken care of. I would not go back to that poorly managed cross contaminated child run restaurant if I was paid to.

Im going to make this short and simple. I went through the drive through ordered a two entrée one side plate with mushroom chicken, Kung pow chicken and chow mein. Got back to work to eat and opened my box and it had Kong pow chicken, mushroom chicken and fried rice. I call right away and let them know of the mistake and the worker who answers the phone was rude to me while I am explaining the mix up. I asked what can be done explaining that I only have a certain amount of time for lunch and cannot come back right now. She continues to be rude and when I say I can come when I am off of work today she says "ok" and hangs up on me. Now When I went through the drive through there was no one behind me and also no one inside ordering. It was NOT busy by all means. This was not a mistake because of the overwhelming amount of people there at the time. This WAS a mistake because a worker didnt care enough to make sure they did it correctly the first time. And then on top of that the girl hung up on me when I wasnt even the one who messed up the order! Im the customer! Come on and be more professional. And maybe care enough to do it right the first time and I wont have to call and point out that you didnt. I will not return and I advise you to seek Chinese food from a better establishment who has better customer service!

Im not sure how the albany location is still in business. Not only are the employees airheads and cant even remember an item you told them seconds before, this happened many times over the same item on the same bowl and the sad part was it was the only entree in the bowl. They were not busy no one in drive through either. Now onto the food, unless you like spicy there isnt many other options to choose from. The beef and broccoli wasnt to bad the beef had good flavor the broccoli could have been cooked a little more or at least been heated up and not cold. The noodles were dry and not worth getting, The fried rice was cold and had huge clumps of white rice that were not mixed well. The teriyaki chicken was probably the best flavorful item there. They had no child friendly food besides rice and noodles. I would grade this place with a D. Safeway Chinese food from the deli is better than the food from this place. Im giving it 2 stars only because the price wasnt bad and the place was clean.

Food is pretty good but people who work there are brain dead and rude. I walked in to pick up an online order, my pick up time on my recepit said 2:41pm on 8/31/17. The gal working up front made it a point to show me in a rude manor, "on your receipt it should of showed you a pick up time, we just recieved this order on our machine" (holding their copy of the printed receipt) she shows me with her finger the printed pick up time that says 1:00pm. Little did i know at that moment she was covering the first half of the time to try and cover herself from being lazy and not doing her job. The time on my receipt for pick up is clearly 02:41:00pm. So by covering 02:4 with your finger you tried to make me look like the idot cause obviously i should of transported to the future to order my meal and then pick it up an hour and 41 min before hand. Your right, my mistake...

These young kids working there need a adult to supervise, not another kid. Panda express will learn once food and labor costs are out the window at that location. The Beijing beef was not as good as other locations and the portion size was smaller then other Pandas Ive ate at. I know because I get the same thing every time. My girlfriend ordered kung po that she did not like at all she said it had a smokey flavor, I smelled it and it smelled like fake smoke flavoring. Also I had to pull around to the front and wait over five minutes for my simple order for two. I will not be returning to this location I had to call and talk to management about the portion size. I should not have to do that, I should get what I paid for. Management did fix the problem by remaking my order for free the next day. Not a good Panda

They used to be really good a few years back. Best in the valley in fact. Not anymore. Now the chain needs to fire the whole damn staff and start fresh. Bad service. When they arent fighting amongst themselves, they will chat with the cooks and ignore customers at the register. The food isnt fresh at all. They dont temp the food properly. Keeping spoiled food in trays. Other times I go in and the food is ice cold because it sat on top of the heap where there is no heat... Clear neglect and poor food handling. Avoid this place unless you like visiting the ER with food poisoning. Seriously, they need to clean house and start over. They also need to offer more diet soda options.

Food is not good. Chow mein and fried rice both are old and dry. Shang hi steak is tough and chewy. Orange chicken has mostly hard, dried up breading and little if any chicken meat. Other Panda Express stores that I have been a customer had really good food, but this one, five out of five times (I optimistically returned, but will not again) the food has been awful. Employees are not overly friendly, but polite. Somebody from the franchise corporate office needs to step in and step it up, or close down this shop.
