So I go in to have lunch with my mom. When I order everything is okay. When she orders they dont have any of it ready and they tell her its gonna be five minutes or less, then they would bring it to us. Ten minutes pass by and still no food, yet the food was made and sitting in the hot plates. Then a group of girls came in to place a big order and a mexican worker went and talked to them while my mom is still waiting and a line is forming. While the girls told him that they were in no rush the man told the now big line that they had to wait. All the while still no food. Finally mom went up. And when she came back she only had half of it. With them still saying there was time. As we watched as another employee clocked in and help the 10 coustomers waiting we hear her ask " why is there a extra plate set out" and the guy replied no reason. My mom the. Had to go again to ask for her food and when she got it, it was already starting to get cold when it was suppose to be fresh. Seriously bad service.

Its always hard to say goodbye to old friends, and in some ways saying goodbye to this Panda here on Martin Way is just as hard. For the last five years I have worked down the road, and this has been my most consistent and favorite lunch spot. Sometimes I choose to eat healthy or to spoil myself with fried goodness - Panda has both. This Panda Express in particular has excellent service and friendly staff, the inside is clean and the food always satisfying. As I head off to college and am unlikely to return for quite a while, I say my last goodbye and eat my final meal here at this fine establishment, thinking of how long it will be until we meet again. Farewell, Panda Express off of Martin Way by the Lowes. You will not be forgotten.

Look, Panda Express is nothing fancy but it is normally OK. You know what you are going to get, its relatively clean, all of that. But here I am in Olympia at 7 p.m. on a Tuesday night. I walk into this place, there are 4 people working there and 1 customer besides me. And half of the meal options are emply. So I decide to have steamed rice and steamed vegetables, plus the orange chicken. You cant mess that up, can you? Once I got back to my motel I found out that the rice was crunchy and the vegetables slimy. My advice is - stay away from this place.

Usually pretty busy but the wait is not too long and well worth it. Everything is cooked to perfection. The staff can be a little lame sometimes. They dont always smile or take a second to ask how your day is going. At least they dont take tips!

they were very fast for how many people were in there. the chefs where being very rude to the line crew and this isnt the first panda express I have seen this at but the front line was awesome so with just that I give a 5 stars rating

Usually it is a very good place but the last time we went, it was quite the opposite. We had a coupon for free firecracker chicken. They only took off $1.69 from the bowl meal. Felt like we got gipped.
