This place is terrible! Horrible service! Dirty!!! Im surprised people dont get sick. The chef was taking out the trash, clearing the grease and mopping. When he put down the mop he rinses his hands with cold water (no soap) and began making my food. I was not comfortable with this, so I told the girl working. She was rude and told me I was a liar. She had her back turned and couldnt see what I did! Then 20 minutes later, they said they ran out of rice and couldnt make my food. I was also on a 30 minute lunch break from work so it wasted all my time. When I got upset the young girl( half my age) gave me a lesson on what I am allowed to say when Im mad, and told me to get out ! I guess she kinda saved me though. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!! I suggest you dont either! Think Soup Nazi from "Seinfeld" service with McDonalds quality food ! But at least at Mickey Dees you wont get sick from dirty chef hands . STAY AWAY!!!

Wondering what to eat for dinner tonite, visits to other Hawaiian BBQ locations helped us decide on Hawaiian BBQ. When we got home , my husband and I opened our dinners expecting the delicious food we received so many times before, instead, disappointment and disbelief at our servings.overwhelmed us. The usual scoop of macaroni salad had been reduced to maybe 3 or 4 spoonfuls,. Where the 2 scoop servings of rice usually are placed, were instead 2 half scoops of rice. All three of the BBQ meats were burnt and dry. As if that werent enough, there wasnt any cabbage underneath the meat or around the salad. We have never been served burnt pieces of meat from any of the other locations weve been to. My husband was so upset, he doesnt want to eat at Hawaiian BBQ ever again.

This place is amazing!!!! Every time that I have been there which is a lot I get the best service, and very nice people with respect. The food is amazing and a lot of it. Fills me up every time.i have tried about 12 different items and a lot of the same items due to being really tasteful and wanting to try different but every time its amazing. This fish is great and cooked perfect ever time. I recommend going and help out the local restaurant.

Spam Loco Moco...... That is just about all you need to know and it is glorious. Rice topped with spam, brown gravy and two fried eggs. They have other things on the menu and I am guessing they are good but I always get the Loco Moco. Also they have Hawaiian Sun drinks which is a rare find on the mainland and in a sip takes me back to the Big Island.

Love the food, the chicken was tender and the sauce delicious, the shrimp was OK, the MahiMahi kinda small, but the macaroni salad and rice were a picture of perfection! my favorite place...oh and the spam sushimo (I may have the name wrond), great, I took one home and saved it for breakfast......yummmm

The Seafood combo is probably the best meal that I have had under $10. Service is friendly, pricing is lower than it should be, and the food speaks to my soul. Made with love, served with a smile, and feed the family under 20 bucks.
