I wouldnt argue that this is be BEST pizza in SF. It most certainly isnt. But what I really like about this place is that they make their pizzas with consistency! They come out perfect every time. Always fresh ingredients, as far as I can tell anyway, and they guys behind the counter are very friendly. It is very decent pizza for the price, and its also just around the corner from my place so its more of a convienience for me to just order over the phone walk in 15 minutes later, pay, and head home. Versus ordering over the phone and waiting 30-45 minutes for a delivery from some other pizza joint.

I love getting Bellissimo for late night food. I usually get the special or a combo with a large pizza, salad, and bread. My last time ordering from here I ordered while still on the way home from a night out. I got a call from the delivery guy, Muhammed, before I arrived home saying that he was outside. I apologized and told him I wasnt home, and he told me to just let him know when I was back. He went out of his way to make sure I received this pizza, which made it that much better when I finally did eat it. Bellissimo will now be my go to late night place to order from.

carry-out order. I arrived too soon, so my order wasnt ready, but very friendly. two man staff. The big guy seems to be an unintelligent man, but he loves his cell phone.Very small eating area, so I would suggest you take & go. Always have soccer on t.v. Oh, be careful of the enterance. It is like a ramp, so dont step off too quick or you are on your face!!! And no AX cards accepted.

Its the happening late night spot in town! Best pizza, fresh ingredients, even if it is just across the street from me. (It is NOT the dirty hole in the wall that USED to be located here.) The guys who run the place are so hip and make getting pizza fun. One of the best gelato shops in the city is located right next door. Come often. You wont be sorry.

AWFUL service. They will give an estimate, miss the deadline for like 1 hour and then if you call (good look trying), they will give you the crap: "really busy today really busy". Change you god damn estimate. Simple. Busy? Give the customer the choice to do not order by no lying about your estimates. Dont order from them. Not worth it.

I was dragged across the road because my friend smelled the pizza from across the street. He insisted that he had to make sure it tasted just as good.I guess potential death due to scent guided instincts was worth it. He scoffed it down in less than five minutes.

It looks like a shady place to get pizza, but let me tell you: its worth it! The pizza is amazing, my usual is always the combo pizza. Its greatly priced and the staff is very friendly! Its priced by the sliced and get the wings, you wont regret it!

I ordered a veggie slice and a chicken slice. The crust and sauce is very good however the one with chicken was not so good. The chicken was very bland and dry. However the slices have the perfect amount of cheese and the crust is to die for!
