Recently ordered wings to go from the Salem BWW, as we were having a party to watch the Ducks in the final 4. I ordered 50 wings as we we had quite a few people over. I stated several times to the girl taking the order that we needed A LOT of blue cheese and ranch dipping sauce as this store has shorted me on 2 other to go orders in the past. I had my daughter pick up the order and didnt think to have her check to see if they had given us an ample amount of sauces since I had told the girl we needed quite a bit of them. Wouldnt you know it she got to the house and they only packed 2 ranch and 2 blue cheese (the little plastic containers) for 50 wings!!! We live in Silverton so wasnt about to drive back but I called the store and spoke to a manager who after I explained what happened all he says is sorry. So to all of you who order pick up check your order there as the people who work there, unless you are on them dont really give a damn.

Not the greatest customer service, whether youre trying to dine in or get food to go. Just yesterday I wanted to call in a small order to go while I was driving home from Portland so that it would be ready to pick up when I got to Salem but instead they immediately put me on hold and I was STILL on hold by the time I reached Salem, at which point I hung up because it was too late then to order. That is absolutely inexcusable for a restaurant, There has to be more than one person working at the front counter, especially on the weekend when the Pro Bowl is happening. I should NOT have had to wait that long on the phone to place a to go order. I was very disappointed in this service and will very likely never go to this BWW again. As someone who lives in Bend where there is no BWW I had hoped to get some wings for my drive home but that didnt happen.

Terrible. This is the usual hangout spot for my friends and I and usually the service is great but last night was awful. Waited 30 minutes for a seat then once we were seated we didnt even get greeted by our server until 45 minutes later when the manager finally walked by to see how we were doing. She eventually took our order but we waited another 45 minutes just to get our food. Still no word from our server and didnt get checked on anymore through the night until we got our checks another hour later. What we hoped would be an hour visit catching up with friends was terrible and we were all hangry. Wont be coming back for a long time. Not even compinsated for the wait or terrible customer service. Highly upset and highly unsatisfied. Wasnt even a very busy night either.

I am a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, but not this one. Last night they seated a group of 18 of us from California in the bar area. One couple had a 3 month old baby which apparently is not permitted in Oregon. The restaurant was busy but two sections were empty. We asked to be seated in either of the empty sections, but were told these areas were "closed". We asked to talk to the manager, Mike, who said the two areas were closed because he had nobody to serve them. The wait for a group of 18 was long so we went elsewhere. Ironically, next door we ran into a server that Mike had sent home for the night and was not happy about it. Mike has put us all off Buffalo Wings.

I go there quite often with a friend after work. But one day I ordered a large $60 meal and could not afford a tip. The bartender look at the receipt and rolled his eyes. Then he told me I should tip next time in a very condescending tone. Called me buddy and was very rude. Im 22 but I look very young. He talked down to me like I was a child and was very rude! This was around 4 o clock on a Sunday. Not busy and most of the time the bartender was talking about sports with other employees or customers. I was in a great mood until I left. I do NOT like being guilt tripped after spending almost $60. May take my business somewhere else from now on when I get off work.

The worst service I havr ever had in my life I went there once before,and,it was very good but this time earlier today it was not busy they sat us down and,we waited 25 min just for a waiter to come to get drinks we had to wave at her,just for her to come and after that we never seen her till 15 min later a guy came,and,was very nice and,helpful she got our orders wrong and I honestly work. Go back or recommend it to anyone I know I mean red robin I thought wad bad at waiting for a server but there tonight wow 25 min just for a drink and the Dr pepprt was watered,down ... No im good it,was,my 2nd time there and my last .

The staff took a long time to acknowledge we were waiting to be seated, then we ended up having to ask the manager take our order and bring us drinks. The server brought us more food than we had ordered, then said he would take it off the check when we gave it back (it shouldnt have been on the check to begin with) Once we began eating, my sister complained about her food tasting gross, to realize she had just taken a bite from a raw boneless wing. The manager did apologize and did not charge us for that basket with the raw boneless wing, but the rest of the food became unappetizing.

I have not eaten their yet but planning on it soon. I am commenting on the people who complain about the workers chatting, Im so sick of that, were not robots! If you have been greeted and your order taken and you have everything you need, then who gives a Rats Azz if their talking to each other, there is just to much judging anymore. GROW UP! you do have the ability to leave a tip for what you thought the service was worth. but most of you complainers dont leave a tip anyway! I would love to go to some of your places of business and nit pick you apart.

Service was horrible. Waitresses were more interested in standing around talking than doing their jobs. Long wait for sub par food. The burger was fine but the fries were old. Probably been sitting in the warmer for a few hours. Had to ask for simple things like napkins after we had gone ahead and eaten our cold, hard fries because they had neglected to give them to us after we sat down and then basically ignored us. We wont be coming back. If I could leave zero stars I would.

We get the bare minimum in service when we come here. The only time we get good service is when we are at the bar. Now that we have a family, it seems impossible to get someones attention when we first arrive. We always wait in line for at least fifteen minutes before anyone shows up at the hostess table and they are multiple seats opened. The atmosphere is very loud and hard to communicate to people at the table at times. I enjoy the tvs because we can watch sports
