I hate to give my favorite place a bad review but this looks like a reoccurring issue with this location. First off Nick in bar is amazing! We should of stayed seated in there because our next 30 min was miserable! The "hostess" came to seat us, never said boo, was off putting and arrogant. She seated 4 larger sized adults in a booth between two other full sized parties & was extremely small, really only for 2 people and about as uncomfortable as any hard backed chair & tables ever were. The server was very nice and did a great job but then when the people behind us left the same rude hostess seats a family of 5 with a screaming infant BEHIND us! Now it wasnt like there wasnt other empty seats, in fact I had go back up to desk and ask them to reseat us after 10 mins of screeching directly in our ears and our new section had 3 empty booths?? So why would this hostess chose to seat a large family with an infant who had been unruly already in a area that was already over full with all adults at a table that was just emptied? Hmmmmm It was apparent to us after we moved and I observed her surly demeanor that this young lady needs to work back in the kitchen awsy from guests. Some people are not meant to be hostess pur & simple. The food itself was typical Olive Garden, soup salad breadsticks. My husband ordered Meatballs for both his dine in & take out and they skipped his on take out meal. But otherwise the servers are top notch!! We thoroughly enjoyed the remaining time but those booths are about miserable

So to start this off.. I usually love olive garden.. this time my friend and I and our 18 month Olds went here.. my friend is vegetarian.. they were having their buy one take one special, well my friend wanted spaghetti but no meat sauce, just marinara instead.. we were told by the guy that seated us that, that wouldnt be an issue.. but then our waitress came over and my friend asked for the spaghetti with just marinara no meat, the waitress said they cant do that.. I informed her that the waiter said it wouldnt be a.problem..and then she continued on to say that the chefs just dont like doing that... hahahahahaha sorry hunny.. but youre in the business of hospitality.. and then at the end of the meal she got super moody and asked me if I was done with my food so she could box it.. and before I could even say yes, she snatched it out from in front of me.. same as my friend beside she yanked it out of her hand. Very horrible customer service skills!!

Every Time Ive been to this Olive garden with my family Ive always had a good experience.. However this last time was less than pleasant. We received a meal we didnt order for my daughter ( I Didnt say anything), The grapes we received with the kids meals were so soft you couldnt cut them with a butter knife, When we recieved our meals our salad and breadsticks were gone.. We did not receive anymore until everyone was done eating. when I received my unlimited soup the bowl was only 1/4 full and I was not offered any more, I had to ask and once again did not receive it until everyone was done eating.. Not only all of this but our waiter did not check on us 1x.. I should have talked to the manager but did not. And of course this was my husbands first time coming with me.. We live over a hr away and now Im not sure he will return.

I love Olive Garden! In my family we have a tradition that when it is a persons birthday, he or she gets to choose a restaurant to go to for dinner on their birthday, and everyone else must go without complaining, and I always choose Olive Garden! The food is so good! I always order the cavatappi Alfredo with chicken, salad, and breadsticks, and its delicious every time! By far one of my favorite restaurants! (If Starbucks counts as a restaurant) Everyone there is so nice and there isnt usually a very long wait. The only downside is that I live 30 minutes from here! But its totally worth the drive, plus traffic! Highly recommend! I feel like a V.I.P. when Im there!

I had not been to an Olive Garden in a long time. I now remember why. Many people have told me it has improved. Many people lied. Our server, Brad was awesome; very attentive, polite and great with our kids. The compliments stop there. Food was average at best. It had no love. Sauces were chalky. Sausage and meatballs were bland and portabello mushrooms should have flavor. The number of can openers and microwaves in the back must be quite a site to behold. Shouldnt a manager be seen on a Friday night? The only reason it gets 2 stars is the service. Lots of great places to eat in Olympia. Skip this place and go find one of those.

Food isnt to die for, and they price it like it is gold. Our server speaks like we are at an auction house. This is not my first time here but will be my last. To start this birthday dinner, our seats got taken by a group walking in and saying they were us, thats whatever they cant help that. But the server proceeded to be rude about the ordeal. Its took 15 minutes to get our water. And never received the complimentary bread sticks until our meal had arrived. Over all. This was a very bad experience. We did not feel welcomed here.

I only give two stars because we usually always have good service here. However, we couldnt even eat our food because it was so bland and have no flavor. Each time we eat at this Olive Garden, it always tastes worse and worse each time we go, but living in WA we dont have many other choices for Italian restaurants. Tastes like spaghetti sauce out of a can with nothing added to it to make it taste good. For the $50 spent on two people plus tip, save your money and to go Panera across the street.

We eat out a lot and this is our favorite Italian restaurant, the food is always amazing, but tonight blew our mind. Our server was Cynthia and it was the best dining experience we have ever had. She was amazing and went above and beyond. Probably the nicest lady we have ever met and we will be coming back specifically for her. I have never been so impressed by a server in my life. I dont have enough words to epress how awesome she was!!!

I just left the Olympia location in Washington. Myself and my family were seated quickly :) actually by ourselves kind of around a corner. We sat for literally 15 minutes while no one asked if we wanted water or anything. Kind of funny considering it was 11:35 on a Friday morning an not busy at all. We pressed the little table menu waiter thing and waited another 5 minutes before we walked out in disappointment. Very disappointed!

The meal was awful. My husband and I both got manicotti of some type and both were hard as a rock. Tasted like eating pasta out of the box uncooked. I had to send mine back and didnt want to risk any other pasta meal. They offered to take it off the bill. I didnt do anything but taste the garbage, so I would hope they would take it off the bill! Dessert, soup, salad and coffee were good.
