The first few times I came here with my family, the food was acceptable and the service was okay. This is a family run restaurant and two younger people (20s) run the place, a sister and brother. The food was inconsistent and if I complained was runny like they intentionally made an effort to ruin my food the second and third time because I complained the first. The brother is an unattractive guy with a chip on his shoulder. He makes rude statements to the customers. One time he insulted my husbands clothes and another time my daughters. Tonight they had a layer of water on the floor and since the floor is cheap tile, it was very slippery. One of the customers slipped and fell and injured herself. The sister and brother were completely uninterested in cleaning up the floor and actually yelled at the victim who fell telling her not to wear sandals in their restaurant!! I was so shocked I sat there with my husband anxious to leave. I couldnt wait to get out of there. I will never go back. The food was never great, but it was convenient. I have never known a restaurant owner to so go out of their way to insult customers. I sincerely hope the customer who fell sues this place. They were negligent. There was a puddle of water at both entrances on their cheap tile floor, a death trap if ever I saw one.

We usually get pretty good service from K-1. We placed an order to be delivered tonight and were told it would be 25-30 minutes. After an hour and 5 minutes I called to find out what was going on with our order. I was asked can you come get it? No apology, no explanation. Very disappointed with customer service. The delivery driver, when it arrived after an hour and 20 minutes was apologetic, so at least that was nice. If youre too busy to deliver, please say so to begin with or at least call your customer to say its going to be a longer wait.

Server was very polite, personable, and funny. I asked if they served something that wasnt on the menu and he offered to make it for us even though they didnt serve it. The soup I asked for was slightly bland, but the vegetables and meat were fresh. (And I also had asked for something they dont generally make). I watched an employee bring in fresh produce while we were eating. I will definitely be dropping by again to try something actually on the menu. :)

We have been looking for a Chinese restaurant that serves fresh and tasty food. We found it at k-one. The food tasted very fresh. The veggies were not over cooked, but crisp and tasty. The sweet and sour pork was awesome. If I could change anything, I would not cook the potstickers as much as they did. Great flavor, just cooked to much. We will eat there again. Try it, youll like it.

Ok, so Corvallis/Albany isnt exactly known for high quality restraunts, especially Chinese food. Ive tried a few different ones like blue sky and yummy house but this is by far the best. Its pretty standard American Chinese style... 廣東菜, 四川菜 and 山東菜 dishes with American food too, so not super authentic but still tastes very good with very fresh ingredients.

Ordered to go about half hour before they closed. When I got home, one box of chicken I ordered was only half full, then we got 2 boxes of plain deep fried chicken with random sauces.. which was supposed to be general tsao and orange chicken. Plus we were still short a box of chicken! Not very impressed..

Quite excellent! Other than going to Pings, you wont find any better in Albany. Furthermore, everything is fresh AND authentic...both of which you will never experience at Panda Express!

These people were very late. I sat starving in my living room for an hour and a half! Cant speak to the service in the restaurant but I dont recommend the delivery at all.
