Terrible. I have come here for years on my way through Seaside, because it has been very good. This will be the last time. I ordered the larger lunch combo and was disappointed with all of it. The portion was small - I hesitate to think of how small the smaller lunch would have been. The chicken had no charbroiled taste or appearance at all. The rice was ok (how do you ruin rice in the rice cooker). There was a small sad pile of overcooked vegetables - a few pieces of soggy cabbage, three carrot slivers, and one quarter of a limp broccoli floret. The sauce tasted a little off, and maybe thats why Im spending too much of my time in the bathroom. I was very disappointed at the time, but got my lunch to go, and did indeed leave. Even carrying it out was disappointing - the bag was very light. Id have been farther ahead depositing it in the nearest trash can. Wish I had.

Ridiculously slow - well over an hour before any food arrived. A table of three with one a lost order, two incorrect orders (no attempt to correct them), and more than 40 minutes between the first and last person receiving their food. Pretty embarrassed to bring friends here for lunch. The idea was to eat together. Seriously understaffed both times Ive been. One gal taking orders and serving all patrons on a busy holiday weekend. We wont be back.

This place is a real joke.... Im not one to judge but the Hispanic staff here should really stick to tacos. I ordered an all white meat " chicken breast" and she gave me brown meat but charged for the breast, after asking she swore up and down it was lol.... Keep ur money and try the sandwich shop next door.... Ifni can give a 0 stars believe I would be...

Food NEVER came 50 minutes after ordering since ticket was lost. There were only 3 other patrons so how a ticket got lost with so few people is anyones guess. Not even a simple apology from the cooks or anyone behind the counter. Gave them every opportunity to correct their mistake but they refused to get it right. Avoid and go somewhere else if able.

Service was good and helpful. Ordered chicken teriyaki with egg roll. Egg roll was fried a little too long but was still flavorful. The rest was cooked properly, just enough sauce for both meat and rice, vegetables steamed right. Would have liked a little more vegetables for the price. Was a good quick option while shopping.

Ordered some sushi rolls & we were given the wrong ones. When we explained it the waitress, she said this is what I was told. She didnt bother to look at the menu to confirm the sushi rolls. Not once did she come by to check on us. Food was Ok. Horrible service.

Menu is confusing but prices are reasonable and service seems to be hit or miss. First time I was here it was good this time not so much but as long as youre willing to go to the counter youll get what you need.

They dont let you try more than 1 trial scoop of their ice cream. Ice cream wasnt nearly as creamy as the real Tillamook
