The establishment was clean, but that I where the good points end. We have never been to this DQ before, and usually go to the Corvallis DQ. We went in at 11, so they had opened and there was hardly a person around. We still waited 15 minutes. Our three Blizzards were 3/4 ice cream and there was almost no toppings. They did not tip the Blizzards upside down. At the Corvallis store, they have a rule that If we dont hand them to you upside down, you get if free. My Blizzard should have had a gold spoon (I spent extra for the Royal). They said the spoons were *somewhere* in the store. Their credit card machine was over by the drive through.....so while Im ordering and my daughter wants to use her gift certificate, she has to walk away and then come back and make another sort of transaction. It was bizarre. And lets not get started on WHY that *old Bessie* of an outdated Ice Cream machine that is not working is still sitting in the front taking up space and making their cheap store look even more cheap by using it as a cone holder. This place is only good for a laugh.

This place is disgusting and filthy. I do not know how these people pass a health inspection, you would think for as many staff they have working they would have the place clean atleast. I will not be visiting here again after I seen how gross the floors were and where they make the shakes and blizzards looked like there had been dried up food and ice cream sitting for days. STEP IT UP PEOPLE! With the minimum wage going up whoever is in charge of this filthy place may want to actually make sure the staff are actually working and keeping the place clean because with the way this place looks now, They look like they sit around and do nothing when business is slow. And are much over paid. Again, This is the dirtiest fast food place I have ever seen. And with that being said I will enjoy my food at a more clean and friendly fast food place.

Good food. TERRIBLE customer service. I had ordered and was charged for a #1, a blizzard, a salad, and a smoothie. They gave me my food and I had to wait at least 20-25 minutes just to get my food. Then they threw ice cream in a cup, and handed it to me. Not even five minutes after leaving the store, my blizzard was ALL liquified and completely spilled all the way out of the cup and they had reported they didnt write my salad down on my order. So, I went back in and had to have my salad refunded since they "forgot". Then, I called the store because I had to leave for work and asked if they could give me a refund for my order entirely, and they had said there was nothing they could do and hung up on me. Awful experience and terrible service.

A pretty typical Dairy Queen. It had all the regular Dairy Queen menu items, although we came there at night and they were out of fruit for their smoothies so we could not order any of those. Being at night, the employees were acting quite strange, though. They seemed to be bored and were talking loudly and making a lot of jokes among themselves. At one point when I asked for a water cup, the employee stared me in the eyes, a dead look on her face, and then without breaking eye contact or changing positions at all she slowly reached down, grabbed a cup, and handed it to me. The whole resteraunt is very nice in aethstetic and clean, though.

If I could give this place a 0 I would! Worst customer service in all of albany. I understood that they were very busy but took 25 mins to get out seven cars orders. My order was also wrong when all I had was 2 blizzards. When I went into the store to complain because I asked for extra Oreos and I also paid for extra. The lady responded that they cant do extra do to calorie count.... and then walked away. Lady should not be working in customer service if she cant offer to fix an order. I work in customer service and would never treat a customer like that. She needs to be fired if that how se acts

Made a complaint about not mixing blizzards properly and demanded a new blizzard. When arrived the next day to claim my blizzard the manger refuesed to give me my request. I was told because I did not bring my blizzard in the next day as proof. I was never told that I needed to bring in my blizzard. The manager told me if the tire on my car went flat I wouldnt just throw it away. That I would bring it back. What does that half to do with my ice cream. Im also filling a complaint with the Better business bureau and your corporate office!

This place is in serious need of a remodel. The lady that owns this should be ashamed of herself. The floor is disgusting behind the counter and needs replaced without question. The ice cream machines are constantly breaking down and stressing the employees out and causing customers to leave. The only reason I dont give this store a 1 star is that the employees that work for this lady are amazing. They are more patient than I would be! Im suprises #dairyqueen corporate hasnt come down on her for tarnishing the brand name.

Only come here if yoy dont mind super slow service. Everytime Ive stopped through the drive thru their wait time has been an inexcusable drag. I normally dont care to comment but today when I finally got to the window they messed up my order and didnt seem to care to correct it either. I ended up paying more than I should have for the wrong drink. Theres no reason so many people working should be that behind with simple short orders. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This was the first time in 5 months that our family has come back to Dairy Queen. We stopped coming for 3 reasons: 1) Every time we come, including today, they are out of the Month Blizzard Special and at least one other item like Reeses Peanut Butter Cups. 2) The service is slow. 3) The employees are not nice. I think this is mostly due to the fact that they appear to be overwhelmed and understaffed. We will not be coming back.

Horrible wait and service. Of the 3 times I have been there (to order simple things like a dipped cone) I wait over 15 minutes without so much as an "ll be with you in just a moment..." or even an "Im sorry about that wait..." etc. At most places these issues are due to poor management. Judging by other reviews this seems to fit. PS I travel all around the country and this is the worst DQ Ive ever purchased from.

Every time I come here I go in the drive thru, which takes only a half hour at least, so today I decided to go in...... worse mistake of my life, that place was dirty dirty dirty, I dont even think Mr. Clean could help this store. The wait was worse than drive thru, and I just ended up leaving. Seriously the machine they use to make shakes and stuff, utterly fitlthy, how do they pass health inspections?
