Store # 24308 Missing items. This is constant to the point where our family gets more wrong orders than right ones. In particular, the 5 dollar box (never mind that they dont actually do the box, putting the stuff in a bag with everything else), will be missing the hard taco more often than not, and if thats combined with other items, its difficult to check. A recent conversation with a pleasant shift manager, perfectly willing to put our family down for some comp food, revealed a TWO MINUTE goal for all orders, clearly putting the emphasis on just getting the money, in exchange for ANY FOOD. Additionally, the product amounts included in the various items are sub-standard compared to other Taco Bell stores I have frequented recently. This store is in a position where there are few alternatives that dont involve a significant drive, and the product quality, service, and overall pricing reflect that in a negative way. We see the least value for the most dollars at this store. They screw you in the drive-thru, and are on a timer, encouraging you to just drive off, only to find missing items, a line, or a trip inside or phone call to correct the problem, which occurs frequently. Product quality is not up to other, more established store standards. Management staff appear willing to comp food. My wife will add the basic nacho, as this item is difficult to get wrong.

Horrible experiences while in the drive-thru. Missing items does not properly fit the scope as to how many items they have forgotten. If the list was an inventory sheet they would fail miserably. While they tend to be nice and have courtesy most of the time, the items missing is just unacceptable. Items that are not supposed to have certain ingredients on them, do in fact still have them. This is typical of fast food chains however the extent that this store forgets is rather appalling. I think anyone who has food-borne allergies should seriously consider not ordering here. The expectancy should be that of going to the hospital or death. Be very cautious when ordering from here for all those that do have food-borne allergies.

Great service. Compared to every other fast food place Ive been to, even other Taco Bells, the wait time is usually very short. They work hard and get orders out fast. I go to this Taco Bell a lot since I work nearby, and most of the employees recognize me. I had an awesome experience the other day, where I stopped to grab a quick breakfast before work, but forgot my wallet. I drove up to the window to cancel the order I had just placed, but the manager recognized me and said not to worry about it, but to come back the next day and pay for it later. Which I did, later that day actually. Thats the kind of service that keeps me coming back. Well, the food is good too, I suppose.

1ST off this taco bell screwed up by not putting long john silvers as all the other taco bells have done, there is no fast food fish joints with in 15 miles. 2nd their prices are higher than the store in hillsboro, which is like a sister store, any thing that is a popular seller they up the price on, they dont have the specials and the dollar menu is now not the dollar menu as what was 89 cents cost 1.39 I for one was happy to see this store coming in the neighborhood until they started monkeying with the prices and the portions not to mention the food tastes like slopp, you blew it long johns would have kept this place alive there is a taco stand on every corner

The food is quick the service okay but man you are almost always guarenteed for them to mess up your order some how. Be sure to check your food before you drive off. The place is pretty clean. When coming here traveling eastbound on HWY 8 its sort of chore pulling in as they made the turn in very sharp. Odd planning there but good cheap food what else can you ask for?

Normally this place is pretty good, but today it was very dirty. It smelled like dog poop. The tables looked like they had been wiped down with a very greasy wash cloth and the floors were very grimy. Not sure what is going on. Hope its not the new norm. :-/. The food was great and its normally good. Thats why three stars.

The service i have received at this taco bell each time I have gone is comparable to a 4th grade lemonade stand. They have been rude, in a hurry, and gotten the order wrong multiple times. Going to this taco bell is worse than being forced to listen to an entire Nickelback album, its THAT bad.

I gave it three stars because I like Taco Bell food, but as far as Taco Bells go, this is one is towards the bottom of the list. The staff isnt very friendly and they always seem to be too busy to be bothered by you.
