The last I was here not only did the employee mess up on all 3 orders (gave us a completely different Munchie Meal than what we paid for & halfsie fries instead of regular fries on both Munchie Meals), but what she managed to make was undercooked & had to be thrown out. The worst part about it is she copped an attitude. Even when I went back & confronted her about her messing up she refused to admit she was wrong. Filed a formal complaint & have not heard back from the store manager regarding this incident.

We visited the McMinnville Jack in the Box July 16th at 7:15 pm. There were NO employees to be seen. After a few minutes, my husband and another customer began calling loudly "Hello, hello".after repeating this several times finally someone came out to the counter. After our order was given, the employees began to filter out from the back and began to be busy with the orders. The food was very good, but we felt that someone should have been up front to take our order in a more timely fashion.

The food is what you would expect, but the staff was terrible. The drive thru person had me repeat my simple order multiple times and still got it wrong. When I paid, the person at the window was rude enough to make me want to leave a negative review... I expect people to smile and say thank you when I give them my money, not treat me like Im inconveniencing them.

We only visit this location through the drive thru, but theyre always nice and friendly. They get our order right every time which other fast food locations struggle with. And increasingly they offer choices to shake up the burger and fries options. The only ding of one star is that theyre pretty pricey compared to other fast food.

Food was ok. Tables were dirty, the bathroom was locked, and there were no napkins in the dispenser. But, even though they seemed to be shorthanded, the food got out pretty quick.
