Ive been here many times. Their burgers and fries are never very good (like all DQs), though my wife likes them, but their deluxe sandwich line is really something special to brag about. Their soft serve ice cream is up to snuff with other DQs, and of course, thats what DQ is all about. Dont even bother with the the burgers and fries. Thats chicken feed--instead, soar with the Eagles. Trust me. Invest in one of their top of the line sandwiches (they are awesome), and a Blizzard or Orange Julius. Youll be glad you did. Youll have an awesome lunch.

Stopped here on the way through town for blizzards tonight. The outside and the main seating area just look like a regular older-type Dairy Queen, but the service was very good, and so was the food. A nice young guy took our order, brought our blizzards very quickly, and wished us a safe trip back to Portland. The bathrooms were brand-new with all modern equipment and were exceptionally clean. I would come here again.

Slow. Bad customer service. Too expensive for portions. They routinely got our orders wrong after long waits so we no longer go. We used to go for the mushroom swiss burger, blizzards, and the popcorn shrimp. The shrimp is no longer at our location. Used to be a great place to eat so we would look past the prices but with all the other issues its impossible now.

Bought 2 blizzards yesterday and they were not tipped upside-down for 1. 2 bought 2 $5 burger meals today, burgers looked like they were thrown together, especially the New A1 burger. Order took 20 minutes, now I know it was the lunch hour, but took way to long. Didnt get a receipt OR fry sauce. As a former fast food owner, this was unacceptable.

SUPER SLOW!!!! Was in the drive thru for 15 minutes for 2 wraps and a burger!! Got the food and it was cold, like it had been sitting there while they tried to figure everything out. Watched them take an order back through the window as if it was the wrong order. It should not take 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 1 other person ahead of you!!!

The staff was very kind. We went their on 9-5-15 late. We had an awful day of traveling,had to be towed into the Dalles as our transmission died. The gal at the register offered us a free small sundae because she said looked like we had a bad day, she was right, we passed on ice cream but really appriciated her kindness.

by far the slowest restraunt ive ever seen!! you would think that with 5 employees working at the same time, it wouldnt be all that bad. nope, one person does everything it seems like. definately didnt enjoy a half hour sit in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me only getting ice cream

This is my current hometown Dairy Queen. Service is usually with a smile. They usually dont notice tips but I overtip because my sister worked there as her first job. My dog loves soft serve...would like to get a dog cone everytime.

Old, cold fries, burger was wilted, soggy, and cold. When I complained, all I got was an argument. I left without my food, money, or any sort of satisfaction. Will not go back!
