I have come here 3 times over the course of attending Pacific University for 3 years. Each time I have had a terrible customer service experience followed by a messed up order. By far the worst experience was the first, when I went during graveyard around midnight. I tried to order a Big Cheeseburger with lettuce and onions and the woman erroneously informed me that this was not an option. Next I ordered a milkshake, to which she responded that the milkshake machine was broken. Eventually I ordered a combo meal with curly fries and they served me regular fries. This is easily the worst fast food place I have ever known to exist. They, literally, have never done a good job serving me, even one time. If I could give a defecit of stars then I would give them 5 negative stars for being so bad I will preach their terribleness to the world on every opportunity.

This whole town hates this place Can someone in Jack in the box inc. PLEASE!!! fix this store! seriously iv never had my order come back correct. includeing this morning. I always have to walk all the way back and then wait they say its "fixed" its still not correct even right after I asked for it to be. I order the same thing Everytime I just want extra cheese on my sausage grande. Its not difficult actually quite a simple request. This store NEEDS! proper management Id rather have a burger King or a Wendys there cause iv never had my orders wrong from any other fast food Establishment as much as I have from this one. I know Im not the only one look at the reviews for yourself.

By far the worst fast food place I have ever been to. The crew they have working at the forest grove,or jack in the box are soooo stupid. I have had my order messed up 6 times in a row, and on top of that my average wait time for my food is 21 minutes. Ive even written an email to corprate about it and absoulutley nothing has changed. I will never eat there again, I strongly suggest you dont either.

Food is okay. They always seem to be understaffed. Also, I never see anything but Hispanics behind the counter. Wheres the equality? I never see any whites, blacks or Asians. Also, they speak Spanish there and the managers accent is so thick people seem to have a problem understanding her. Id like to see better customer service and more employment equality.

This place sucks so bad! The service is terrible and I have complainted of all my last issues and theyve responded "we will contact the managers but please emails us your address to send a coupon" I dont want a f****** coupon, I just want good service!!!! But forget it I no longer a client of this s***.

Check that your order is correct and complete before you leave the drive through! Also, it always bugs me when a fast food restaurant tells me to pull forward and park somewhere because my food will take a few min longer... If I am the only person there then I know its just so their numbers look good.

Aside from a previous issue with not accepting more than one order per a drive through car, that was annoying. At nighttimes if you come here its about 50/50 chance they get your order correctly. Nowadays it seems this place has alot of vagrants on the premises.

Got 2 BLT cheeseburgers and 2 med. fries at the drive thru, while eating them, my wife pulled out a 6" to 8" long brown hair. I wont be back. Food is way expensive, fries cold, and hair is a definite turn off. I would say no stars, but you have to to post.

Food was terrible, and the lady that took our order did not get the order right, The Frys have gotten smaller and the hamburger that I had was very dry and the taco was all lettuce and could not tell if it had any meat in it.

Difficult to understand staff over the intercom. Sometimes very slow, check you have all your food before you leave the drive thru window. Not as clean or comfortable as it used to be.

They mess up a lot and many of the staff members had issues with taking multiple orders through drive through. No complaints about the guy thats working the late late shift these days.

@ 7:30pm on a Friday night, I was dying for a soda and it took 13 minutes (no joke) to place order, get my cup, fill it, and finally get a lid. Ridiculous!
