Call in to place an order for pick and they confirmed my order was correct. Got to their location and paid for my order and confirmed the order was correct on the receipt. Got our food home and they put the wrong sauce on our meals. Spoke to a lady and she wanted us to bring the whole meal back so they could correct and couldnt offer us anything more, so I would have to waste my gas to drive way back to get it fixed. Called back and talked to a manager and all they would offer us is 10% off our next meal. Wow thanks a lot, first time eating here and that is the very last time.

Ordered an online order for pickup at 7:50. Received an online confirmation email that the order was received shortly after. Arrived at store 30 min later to the lady at the register saying she printed the receipt out but forgot to put the order in. Only resolution that was possible was her constantly apologizing that she forgot to put the order into the kitchen. Great experience all around.

I was ready to give up on Wingstop completely, but I decided to give it another shot. The wings were hot and flavorful, the staff was courteous, and place was reasonably clean. They were pretty slow, so they could have been a little more proactive when it came to clearing trash from the tables. Other than that, I think my faith in Wingstop has been revitalized l.

they missed half my wings and when I went back they told me it was my fault and I was wrong. Then a friend of an employee started making a scene calling me names among other things. Will Not Ever Be Back This is the first review I have ever posted. The experience was that bad. Please avoid this establishment.

The wings were good, but whenever I did go up to the register one of the workers was eating wings next to wings they were making for a customer. Saw me and immediately put it down and the other coworkers kept looking at me in suspicion.

The door says they close at 11pm on Monday, we arrived at 10:47 and were greeted by a young lady who gleefully told us that they had already stopped taking orders for the night. That was unacceptable.

Great food, great price, friendly staff. Everytime order online, its ready when they say, its hot & accurate. Restaurant is clean & doesnt reek of vomit like BWW. Id eat here every day if I could.

The best wings. Hands down. Great really spicy options for those that like that sort of thing, and if you dont, try the garlic parmesan wings. They are amazing!
